Cancer treatments can have physical side effects that range from mild to severe and the newer immunotherapies are costly even for those with health insurance. AI health researcher and one of the foremost experts in the field of radiomics Anant Madabhushi's shares the latest developments in tools that are more accurately assessing tumor aggressiveness and predicting treatment responsiveness than current methods and the potential they hold for cancer treatment planning in developing countries like India. How can AI be used to save cancer patients from chemically and financially toxic treatment options? How can AI accelerate advances in precision medicine?
These questions drive Anant Madabhushi’s pioneering research which improves diagnostic and prognostic accuracy of cancer and other diseases. He is a faculty member at Emory University’s Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering and Georgia Tech’s College of Engineering.
A world-leading authority on medical imaging and AI with more than 500 scientific papers and 100 patents to his name, Anant received the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society award in 2017 for technical achievements in computational imaging and digital pathology.

In Finland AI has been used now for 2+ years to analyse the imaging to find out cancerous changes. It is a new tool to help doctors to help locate the smallest changes. AI is not used for genetic findings - those are done with the 'old' methods of sequencing cancerous cells. (Edit: Apparently AI has been used in Finland to sequence cancerous cells, radiotherapy treatments, for imaging and for radiation and chemotherapy treatments for 5+ years. I think I haven't been paying attention to the latest developments here in the Nordics after my mother has been cancer clear for 10 years and my father 5 years.)

I have no intention I would like for GT to make captions flawless concerning (, . ; :,etc), because I felt this riddle, somewhat like as quiz-style, enjoyed/learned it. I always appreciate your great capacity of GT. Thanks to your help I've progressed my English skills. I'm now in the face of high wall/abyss/depth of English. Then I would like GT to explain English words, not translation, explanation, I mean, like as monolingual dictionary. This monolingual function would not only take me over beyond this wall to fantastic world free from my indigenous spells but also be effective/beneficial to every English learner all over the world, I suppose.

Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

Such market uncertainties are the reason I don’t base my market judgements and decisions on rumours and here-says, got the best of me 2020 and had me holding worthless position in the market, I had to revamp my entire portfolio through the aid of an advisor, before I started seeing any significant results happens in my portfolio, been using the same advisor and I’ve scaled up 750k within 2 years.

Man's best friend can detect cancers (and potential heart attacks) in us. They have saved lives. AI may tell us what our canine friends cannot when it comes to types of cancers detected.
