Because sometimes, very rarely, even liberals have moments of clarity. A classic trait of liberal politics is the enablement and acceleration of fascism. The very fact they're even acknowledging this and speaking about replacing Biden is a huge thing for liberals, it's like they briefly faced the reality that literally any other candidate wins against trump and Biden gets him elected.

An important note. If Biden commits an "unselfish act" and releases his delegates, unlike Trump, and a new nominee is chosen and wins the Presidency, it would still be a Biden victory over Trump. - Ultimately saving the country from Trump is necessary and will vote for anyone other than Trump.

I've read at least one of Chris Hayes' books cover to cover, and he's neither clueless nor cynical. I know it's hard for you to believe, but there are smart, well informed people out there who honestly hold a high opinion of what the Biden administration has accomplished. My mother died from Parkinson's disease. I vividly remember when she was at the stage of disease when she had good days and bad days. Those good days gave us hope that maybe she wasn't as sick as she was. The next day, she didn't recognize me and asked "Whose boy are you?" We love Joe, but his bad day was extremely bad and that makes him unfit to be President. We need to replace him ASAP.

I'm fine w/ keeping Joe. As long as he gives Kamala a seat on the Supreme Court, and choses a new VP: Jon Tester. That would be a winning ticket! No one likes Kamala and she would not be a popular Potus, in case Biden had to step down for health reasons.

I prefer the foreign media analysis of the debate last night than the US version. Way better. This one is especially egregious in terms of how it just repeats what we already know. In a DW piece, for example, it states how Kamala Harris has lower ratings than Biden, making her an unlikely replacement. It also analyzes other potential candidates that no American media explores, as they keep talking about last night than what could potentially happen on a global scale, which DW covered.

When I have a cold, I go to bed and rest more.... if he had a cold .... and had just returned from Europe a week ago, then perhaps he was not at his bed. Rather Joe, than a serial liar with a dark vision for America (with help the Steven Miller and Steve Bannon). Joe works at being President. Trump spent a lot of time watching television and decisions were made in brief & on the fly meetings. I stay with Joe. He will get the help he needs from those around him who are also sane and pro-democracy.
