I'm gonna be 19 and am thinking of going into Locksmithing trade, I wanted to be a Crime Scene Investigator but I would need to get into $80k+ in debt just to start off making $30k, when I can be a Locksmith making $50k with $0 debt.

As a gen z guy, I'm currently at a trade school for diesel mechanics, only because college is too expensive and I don't see a future with it.

According to Dave the #1 profession that is most likely to become a millionaire is engineering. My son just graduated (cum laude) from the top school in the state and it’s also the most expensive. He went into debt to the tune of 14k which is about 6 weeks salary.

I went to the cheapest college i could go to which was the same cost as a cheap private highschool where i lived. Its not easy getting a career job in business at the moment. Its hard now but will get better. If people younger then me are hoping into trades it just means that the wages will drop in trades eventually and it will swing back in favor of a degree thats cheap.
