Great interview. She asked relevant questions and seemed genuinely vested and engaged throughout the entirety of it. Asked more relevant questions about the rebuild in one interview then all of the Philadelphia sports media personalities did in the entire offseason. Cheers to that.

What a great interview Meghan! Others have said it already but you are more in tune with our team and process than our own media in Philadelphia. Similar questions have been asked of Jonsey but not quite in this way and with such interest. Great questions, great interview!

Great interview, good question and responses. I just have one nit-pick, how do you not edit out the audio of im assuming the person behind the camera, background noise? Sounds like chewing and fumbling around with the camera. Super annoying.

As a Flyers fan watching this, she asked some very thoughtful questions, and was in tune with the pulse of our team. This was a fantastic interview, and I gleaned insight from this from Keith that I have not had from Philly folks doing these types of interviews. She is a star in the making and deserves all of it. She is going to do big things, and I can’t wait to see what she does. She’s a pro, and clearly does her homework.

don't get me wrong, I love Bouch. was my favorite goalie as a kid and he's a good color guy.... but I REALLY miss JJ and Jonesy's chemistry in the announcer booth this year. It was always just endless ribbing and hockey humor. couldn't watch a single game without cracking up at some point.

Michkov leaving Sochi early?. That question has been asked several times and the answer is always the same "It'll be a cold day in hell" KHL President Alexey Morozov (yes that Alexey who played for pens years ago) Some big changes are coming to the KHL this summer..... And it involves Putin, Minsports (Ministry of Sports) & MoD, here is what is what on the docket to change. 1. All players **U21 are barred from playing outside of Russia. 2. *"Gifted" players U21 are automatically given 5yr extension after the current 3yr contract expires. 3. Foreign scouts (🇨🇦🇺🇲) will now be required to contact Minsports in order to scout any KHL players. 4. Any player that terminates his contract before the 5yr extension is completed will immediately start military duty (remaining years on extension will be served in the military). 5. Players without the "gifted" status can sign abroad, new rules don't apply to them. * "Gifted" status is given by Minsports officials ** All U21 with or without status barred from leaving, excluded are 🇰🇿🇺🇦, Duel citizenship-> 🇷🇺🇨🇦, 🇷🇺🇺🇲, 🇷🇺🇰🇿, 🇷🇺🇺🇦 & Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) 🇷🇺.

That’s the Russian view of everything however what stops him from coming here then staying here and not going back to Russia he was over here last summer and went back but as long as he “defects” Russia can’t touch him. They would not have drafted the kid if they did not have a plan to get him over quickly.

@@AbnRanger00 It's called Military prison, Fedotov tried it and automatically got sent to Tsar Bomba island for a year and got threatened enough he now has no interest playing in the NHL. Michkov has a lot to lose. Putin has no business getting into hockey affairs, majority of young players would do better abroad than our training system, which is always bias.

@@KHLalekseyanov I may be just a dumb grunt however fedotov did not defect or try he let it be well know what he intended to do following his time as a goalie for the army hockey team. Defect is get out of there with not telling anyone so your not compelled to the bullshit that the government is making them do. He also was out of the country last summer after his naval service and did not attempt to defect I would guess he has allot of family he can’t lose contact with and that’s why he never defected. I still don’t think the flyers would waste a high pick on a guy they have no plans to get over here. Have a good day

@@AbnRanger00 In the KHL once a players contract expires his former team has 1wk to sign him, if they can't then other teams can meet with him. If a player skips this process there will be severe repercussions. Fedotov did exactly that on May 12th, when he, his agent and flyer GM met and signed contract without notifying the CSKA GM & KHL-PTU (basically the NHLPA), what happened on the 15th is unknown, how did CSKA & KHL-PTU find out what he did? Cause all we saw on TV was Fedotov getting arrested at one of the non international airports in SW Moskva Oblast. By looks of it he didn't want to be spotted and draw a crowd, which would have happened if he went to the 2 bigger airports. In the end our government gave him some bullshit charges they knew it would make the news in the sports world. Charged with paying off military recruiting officer. Charged with evading duty & buying fake military papers 2015 Ivan did his required 1yr duty in the military. Once you complete it and your name is on file with MoSE, you won't have to do it again as long as your status is full-time, Amateur sports and regular people are excluded. We have a very fucked up system that thrives on fucking over sports players and actors, the more your famous you are the harder it is to get out... Unless you kiss a certain person ass constantly, then you can go with his blessings... Team Putin

I miss the days when trained professionals shot interviews. Poorly framed, shooting from below, terrible background (chair growing out of Keith’s head), if you cannot pan and zoom smoothly, stay on a two, and the sound - icing… The bar is low.
