I live in Portland and work a block away from where Brian was reporting. Wish I would’ve seen him. Families now have to seek justice on their own. I’m originally from San Francisco and homeless people are more visible here because addicts are not arrested and many are too far gone to even accept help. Great reporting Brian! 🥰
