This counselor is the best speaker I have ever listened to in this country.He is so intelligent that he is always looking at issues in their broader perspective. Hypocrisy and being little minded is what is killing us in this country. It is emotional 😭 issue that is being dealt with so no one must be called a hypocrite here please. We have ignored Counselling in our country and it won’t help us. Do you know that if you reach a place without money for transportation the police 👮‍♀️ must help you get to your destination so what’s wrong with a lady who requested Ghc 25 to survive? He must have discussed with the authority what the woman told him because she needed help. He doesn’t understand why a woman must challenge his words because his tradition doesn’t give a woman the right to. We must treat clients well because they make us who we are. Thanks 🙏🏿

If you think bastardizing the policeman and giving the woman money is actually what is going to solve these kinds of situations for us as a nation then you are actually block headed like I said earlier. And also ignorance and this same hypocrisy (holier than thou attitude) is what is making you think that Islam is a violent religion. You will be lucky in fact very lucky to even get associated with Islam not even to be one. Islam is bigger than you and your entire generation so be careful very careful the next time you decide to make utterances about ISLAM. David Tunaba ,ah you Kraa Why, the woman explain that she has been waiting for the money from the bank for a whole week, she sells candy 🍬, 250gh is what she had in the bank, and that only her savings for life out of that savings she said she would pay someone 60gh from it and then buy the baby SMA, the baby is her grand child, her daughter is a Sickler who was raped that's how that baby at her back came to life oh so who said its a broken home problem or it's an emotional something, how do you understand rape, even the mother of the baby is not well to take care of the baby so the poor grandma is doing it now you beat the woman over her own money and you also don't even have pity on her baby

My respect for Counsellor Lutterodt has increased. All he said is true. Ghanaians exhibit so much hypocrisy. Why would you keep on having children when you know making ends meet is a problem for you. Not talking about having your first child also being pregnant. smh. Men also suffer violence. We uphold women like they are super vulnerable. smh. Give a woman power and you shall see the kind of animal the are hosting inside of them. This is not to say the policeman did the right thing though. Women, control your child bearing habit. there are contraceptives to keep you from getting pregnant. She wouldn't have gone to the bank in the first place should she have made the right choice of irresponsibly bearing children.

Ah! The sound man should be fired! But the people that are calling from the states saying “oh see if you can do that in this country or that country” have they forgotten the police brutality that happens here? The black CHILDREN that are being killed by police for no reason? They are also trained to deescalate but they ignore that training. But I don’t understand why everyone is getting mad at counselor Lutterodt. He’s giving his input from a psychological standpoint which his area of expertise. And he’s right. The lack of proper parenting and just disrespectful and disobedient children causes a lot of these issues. But like he also said, he’s not excusing the officer, just giving an explanation of a possible reason why things transpired the way they did. So everyone needs to calm down and open their ears before calling and throwing nonsense shots at him.

At least he could have handcuff her and get her out of the bank at that moment and then release her out of the door. Lutterodt was talking about being responsible yeah right!!! This issue is not about the owner of the bank. Is about a person who allowed their emotions to get out of control. We can't condemn the police, but we cannot keep quiet about his actions. This man loves to talk just to stay relevant. Let's think with our hearts and commonsense. If we should all act on our anger it will become a wild wild west situation and kill any how. He didn't have to beat her up, he could have just arrested her. If you're a policeman and quick tempered, please find another job. Selfcontrol is tough, but we must all learn it in our jobs.

Under no circumstance must one’s interest supersedes the interest of his/her work. A woman begged you for Ghc 25 and you couldn’t discuss with management for help? Is it that the bankers ordered him to sack her? Students, prisoners, policemen 👮‍♂️, military and all people need Counselling and it must be taken serious. Greed, anger and stupidity are inherent in all living beings and if not controlled can be disastrous. Anger/rage is temporal madness as the Akan adage goes ‘Abufuo nnim ne wura’. It is true that he couldn’t understand why a woman would challenge him. He doesn’t have regard for women and he needs help to correct that.

respect, respect that is why our leaders are all stealing whiles the youth can't act or say anything because if you voice out they will say you don't respect mean while things are going wrongly
