definitely a tenor who develop soprano technique..his lower soprano is a tenor.....A counter tenor can sing female voice on his natural voice, can belt like a female voice and can do soprano as well......and his natural voice is a female voice.....he just develop a technique...He is a tenor doing a counter tenor.....
