Country-style Terrine is an all time favourite, simple ingredients but turns into something amazing with a bit of time in the oven. I have always been a fan of French Country-Style Terrines and when I came across this one, with Blue Cheese a couple of years back, I knew I had found my favourite. It’s so simple to make and you don’t have to spend much more than 20 minutes to prepare everything, the rest is cooking time. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

به جای گوشت خوک از چه چیزی میشه استفاده کرد ؟؟ ما در کشورمون گوشت خوک نداریم .

به طور بالقوه، اما شما به مقادیر دیگری چربی نیاز دارید، به عنوان مثال. کرم رنگ. اما سعی کنید دستور العمل مرغ ترین را در گوگل جستجو کنید و مطمئن هستم که دستور العمل های خوبی خواهید یافت.

I have done this with lamb and include fat if the animal is like one year old, not older. Same kind of cuts more or less. I would also include som lamb offalls .

Also a good idea. I could imagine it with some lamb belly and some lamb sweat bread. Coming back to chicken, I have usually seen it done in French with dryer meats, but then adding something like goose liver, to get the fat content up to a good level.

Terrine de campagne has no clear definition/recipe, you are pretty much free to do as you please 👍
