as a person who went thru the cringiest ch phase i think its on me to explain this meme (9:20) so basically that ushaka with a star is actually a Russian hat and the point of that meme is that it ships rusame (Russia x USA) (it could also mean that it ships USSR x USA) bc Russia (and USSR) are both drawn with those ushakas like 90% of the time and it mean like USA accidentally took Russias ushaka and Canada is teasing him for it (sorry that this is so long ) ALSO AWSOME VID DREW
