I think they look stunning and it's so beautiful to see a couple work together toward great health! As they both mentioned in the beginning, having children means you have little to no time to keep up with your own clothes and hairs, Rachel's team just wanted to do something nice for this couple who have not been able to enjoy their new, healthy bodies. Making a huge lifestyle change like that takes a lot of work and can be discouraging at times, but they have not been able to enjoy the fruits of their labor. This is no different from an episode of "what not to wear", they give someone a drastic style change just to SHOW them how versatile and diverse their looks can be, and when they do eventually get personal time, they know how to shop for their body. Not everyone knows how to dress for a drastic weight change, which is why they looked flooded in their old clothes

wow!!! this is so inspiring☺☺my husband and I are on a weightloss journey ourselves to lose 45kg(100lbs) each, we love life and doing fun stuff together but unfortunately, we love eating to..... and we realized if don't do something now we are not going to grow old together and that makes me sad😪we are each other's biggest support system and that helps a lot. it's taking longer than I thought it would, but I'm sure we will get there!!!!

When you had a short haircut fresh from the salon "I look good and hot" but this type of hair will ONLY AND ONLY look good when you have enough time to prepare yourself before going out. TRUST ME I KNOW! HAHAHA and I regret cutting my hair short because the growing part sucks and I can't go out with a bad hair so I ended up wearing cap/hat or using tons of harpins and hair spray. THIS WAS THE ONLY reason why i was late for work countless times.
