The end of the 1980s in the USSR. Moscow school graduate Ivan Miroshnikov fails his entrance college exams and start working as a courier in the editorial office of the Journal Questions of Cognition. Ivan gets acquainted with Professor Kuznetsov’s daughter Katya. Young people belong to different social strata, but despite differences in upbringing, living standards, habits, and goals, they both always have at least one thing in common: the desire for self-expression. A sincere and somewhat sad existential comedy about a perestroika hero remains to this day one of the most popular films in Russia.

Notable y modesta pelicula de la era Gorbachev (1986) la historia narra la disyuntiva de un joven que en los 80s se queda de pronto sin padre y sin pais (URSS en agonia)... y busca su destino entre aquellos que acojen la cultura occidental sin reparos y los tradicionalistas de cuño sovietico, entre estos dos mundos el elige un tercero ... que al 2024, 40 años despues, se volvio para Rusia una profecia autocumplida ... los 80s son retratados en la vestimenta, los peinados, la musica, libros, telefonos analogicos, television o cabinas telefonicas, antes de la era de la web ... film que asemeja una capsula de tiempo.

Лучший фильм Карена Шахназарова. Федор Дунаевский блестяще сыграл. Нет большой беды в том что его дальнейшая карьера в кино не сложилась. Одной этой ролью он добился большего успеха чем подавляющее большинство актеров за всю жизнь.

@@Andrey_Khaustov1480 причем здесь это? Да, я знаю что сейчас стало с Шахназаровым. Человек который когда-то был ярким, талантливым режиссером, художником своего дела, сбрендил на базе Зет идеологии. Я отделяю одно от другого. То что сейчас человек работает телепропогандоном не отменяет того что когда-то он был кинотворцом.
