Just like Monica Geller wanted everyone to make sure they heard the "click" when they put the cap back on the marker when they were playing charades at her extremely organized party, here Courtney is showing us how using a fork and knife really IS a superior and tidy way of eating pizza. I wouldn't eat a pizza that was handed to me after someone (I don't care even if it was a celebrity) talked over it and massaged it numerous times. That lady was nice and polite enough to take it.
