Aloha Courtney, THAT moment when you realise you have and still do all or some of the don't dos. But I have also corrected some of them. I LOVE muesli cereal and blueberries ect. It is totally true = eating, living, thinking and having a healthy routine does magic. I've still got so much more to do but now if I'm honest? My overall attitude and how I react to life is far more positive and constructive. But what I really want to do? Learn sewing and step out of my comfort zones so I can level up my mental strength. So, many could transform their lives by doing the same. So, easy.

I will tell you what masculine guys do. FIRST Girls likes and loves overweight strong tall guys. Overweight, it means 15, 20 max 25kg over ideal weight, not more. It is not good for your health. SECOND. You should behave like a alpha male. It means, dominant over your sorounding. You should be little bit agresive, funny, superrior over other people in your company, they shoul have fear of you little bit. It is a MAAAAGNET for the most of girls, 70% of girls likes that tape of guys. THIRD if u have a nice face or beautiful face, u are mister perfect for every second girl on the street and more. To recapitulate. FIRST. Tall overweight body. SECOND. Dominant, agresive and funny personality. THIRD. Nice or beautiful face.

Yes. It's important to do and think the way women like you to be. Before an alpha male does anything he first thinks, " is this what a woman wants to see me do or hear me say." It's best to just not say much. Women love strong silent type and then can just imagine you are thinking the things they love.

@@AlanSmitheeman I think that this mostly relates to values ( the stuff that you consider important) and mindset . If you are a junk food eating party lover and she values a strong stoic man she will avoid you. However, character traits that attract the most tend to be the opposite ones, like a magnet. Emotional maturity is nice to have and obviously a woman who has it is less of a headache to be with, but doesn't it make sense that it attracts emotional immaturity romantically, for example? Femininity in general is considered to be chaotic after all (in its most extreme). A man considered to be highly masculine is usually very calm, because he has the ability to control when he bursts out emotion, and able to think straight. Women usually think in a complicated way for a reason. Why? Well, considering this, it's probably because emotions get in the way of rationale. Think about it. Doesn't it make sense that this stoic man mostly attracts the women that are mostly not stoic? Once you consider your partner as an 'equal' (the same as you) you see him/her like a sibling, not a lover. A woman wants someone BETTER than her to reproduce with biologically not the same or worse. There's a deep reason why couples who spend tremendous time together end up fighting a lot and in many cases destroyed, just like siblings. A very close friend and a sexual partner are not the same thing. However, there are obviously non-tollerated extremes and problems with mental health in some cases of course.

@@Deimonos85 oh yes, absolutely. Both Courtney and Pearly are very smart and they have inserted themselves into the perfect environment where they can speak the truth and share good ideas and thoughts. The outcome of such action is certainly the achievement of recognition and with that comes success which translates to money along the way. And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. People should always try to capitalize on the products or services they offer to society. That’s how we improve as individuals. Now, if you ask me, I think both Courtney and Pearly generate a net positive in the environment they are in. Took a while but life on the other side of bettering myself looks drastically better. Still got a ways to go for the health one but 70lbs down and 35 more to go till I hit my target weight. That note about chasing women was especially true from my experience. When you're secure in yourself and what you have to offer, women will chase you. Even ones that initiate breaking things off second guess if they made the right decision. Only if you take the break up in stride and not become a bitter person.

While I agree taking accountability is a sign of a mature person, I do believe going to therapy or venting is good for men. I disagree with saying that one needs to take responsibility to a level you may be suggesting. Some, like myself, have disorders like OCD that have a heightened sense fo responsibility. If you're a man or anybody that has OCD or similar disorders, therapies like erp can help greatly. Don't "take accountability" to a degree where you hate yourself or just so others can see you as masculine. Just offering a different perspective. How one lives their choice.

Another one I would add is that great men don't feel embarrassment or shame. If you act with integrity, and you own yourself and your actions -- you should never be embarrassed or ashamed of who you are. If someone insults you, don't have a temper tantrum because your feelings got hurt. Don't get embarrassed or shamed by another's words. Don't give people the power to manipulate you by being a slave to their words. Obviously no one should be acting arrogant. But like if you want to rock pink or wear eye liner, or cry. You do you, and don't let another person's opinion matter. Confidence often comes from integrity. From authentically being true to yourself. Your happiness is more important than another person's random judgements.

I wonder to myself in that these "masculine" tips are unintentionally misogynistic because it implies men need to be these things because many modern women aren't. She may address this in her video and I missed it (did skip ahead at times) but nonetheless, the title itself and the continual definition of this as "masculine" may be taken by women to let them off the hook for being, well, a decent human being. Note that a "masculine" man who shows any vulnerability is therefore "not masculine" and sub-human to many wmoen. This is why in the modern era so many men who "show their feelings" as women demand then wind up being "friendzoned" while she gripes that men are "players". I strive to improve, but I also believe that I don't exist primarily to make money and improve for the sake of it. Men should be allowed to enjoy life, and let our hair down, so to speak, without being emasculated for it. One "feminine" trait that women should learn is "the fish" has no right to "shame" the fisherman and tell us what is a "fisherman"/man or not. Letting a woman tell us what is "masculine" as it serves HER desires and demands makes us into slaves to them. That being said, I agree with much of it except for the play-the-victim part in that men should be advised to not bother playing the victim because this only works where a society even CARES if you're a victim or not. A male victim doesn't get sympathy and even will be marked for further exploitation which ought to show why "chivalry" is quite dead.

Of course there are some good things in this video. I just don't know why she has to shame sex workers. Saying sex workers can't have class, and the look on her face when she said "porn addiction" was so judgemental. Yes some peoples compulsive porn watching can have consequences in their life, but it's a symptom of a larger problem and shouldn't be anymore shameful then any other compulsive behavior. They all serve the same purpose to cope with uncomfortable emotions. Implying men lose attractiveness points, because they watch it is low and completely subjective. And can we stop acting like feminist mean all masculinity is toxic when they say " toxic masculinity" I think even the most die hard anti feminist knows that there are some things men consider masculine that are not healthy. Nobody gives a shit that you lift weights, play football, etc. But when you are suffering from a mental illness, and wont get help because grandpa said real men don't talk about their feelings I think we all know that's toxic. Or you need to bully lgbtq people to prove your masculine. I mean does that really need to be explained?

But I seen a lot of women who have a different view of what a masculine man is. They are after The stereotype of the guy that has muscles, overly confident, will never admit he's wrong and so forth. I have seen men who believe that it's a sign of weakness to admit that you're wrong. Especially in corporate. Too often women are attracted to those types but don't realize their relationship is problematic from the start. I've been told him several occasions we're trying to involve the woman in the decision process about a movie or dinner that I was the man and I had to make the decision. So my decision was simple. It was time to move on. I totally agree with you but there are so many women and men out they have a totally different view.

This is opinionated mostly even though most of it is true.. A lot of masculine men don't even workout and are just blue collar guys that are womanizers, real ones know what I'm talking about and I'm not saying that because I am one, I just seen and experienced it with my own eyes lol. I do about 90% of these things and I don't have women chasing me because I can't fake being nice around people, I have a bad attitude but the most guys who bag chicks ain't in the gym 24/7 like y'all think they just have a handsome face and are outgoing and friendly towards women.

We can all learn from each other. We're all human. I'd argue if she was raised by a strong male figure, then she knows what healthy masculinity is more than a man who was raised by an unhealthy man...or often men had no healthy male presence in their lives at all (as in being raised by a single Mother).

You're the epitome of a supportive, feminine, and mature woman. I heard your advice a few months ago about how to improve confidence by doing what you say you will do (no matter how small). By doing this on the daily, I feel so great at the end of each day. I now want to be patient to achieve long terms goals that way I can savor the end-of-day accomplishments each night.

Excellent commentary and I wholeheartedly agree with your statements regarding 7 things masculine men never do. There is a line in a Tom Petty song that has always stuck with me, "Yeah I went and chased a couple women around. All it ever got me was down." Keep up the great work.

To me masculinity is meta. The least masculine thing you can do is to worry about being masculine. A man is nothing if he’s not unapologetically himself as an individual. It’s more manly to wear a dress if you get bullied for it than to conform and get a halfhearted pat on the back from your peers.

Imagine the outrage if a man posted a video telling women how to be women. But a woman telling men how to be manly is a just a legitimate business.

Excellent video. Blaming everyone else is what children do, male or female. Your word is your bond. True confidence is indeed quiet. If you do not know something, admit it and be willing to learn new things. Instant gratification is what children do, male or female. Look at all the people who are glued to their smartphones and are unable to have a real conversation.

It's been hard for me looking for a girlfriend after what happened to me 2 years ago in college. Keep in mind I've been focusing on myself a lot working out in the gym Courtney Ryan. I hope you understand that people of color do matter in society because I'm a black young man with lots of opportunities awaiting.
