This is good for so many young men that I know: I suspect that many of them have only had negative interactions with women (toxic femininity is a real thing), so listening to an attractive and wise woman telling them they have value, can grow as persons, should set goals, etc., is such a very good thing for them. Always great videos! I can barely stand being acquaintances with other "men" that do these things when they act out selfishly, lazily, or desperately. It's not hard to be responsible, kind, and have some self control. I want friends and acquaintances that would draw the same attention I do, not be the unattractive Mr Hyde imbalancing my other relations with friends or my partner.

2023 is off to a pretty good start. I am now recovering from what happened in 2022. I'm working with a mentor again and working towards saying, doing, and becoming better this year! One day at a time

"classy, elegant, and onlyfans don't go hand in hand"... Can you repeat that louder for "boss" independent chicks? When I was on IG I followed Lupita N'Yongo(black panther, us, etc) she was my go to example of classy and elegant. No thirst traps just her out and about, working out in non thirst trap attire, promoting various things of importance to her. My stance has always been that if I'm going to follow someone, let it be someone of good character and does something of interest. Attention seeking wannabe models don't do anything for me.

Watching this video reminds me of how far I've come. Barring following thirst traps and indecisiveness(for the most part), these were things I did in my early 20s. Took a while but life on the other side of bettering myself looks drastically better. Still got a ways to go for the health one but 70lbs down and 35 more to go till I hit my target weight. That note about chasing women was especially true from my experience. When you're secure in yourself and what you have to offer, women will chase you. Even ones that initiate breaking things off second guess if they made the right decision. Only if you take the break up in stride and not become a bitter person.

This was an excellent video with great objective advice. To be honest Courtney, I just watch your content on occasion and I have noticed you have improved a lot with your information and non-bias approach.

Oh it definitely does haha I count protein instead of calories, this is my 15th month in a row of going for a 10-minute walk minimum after each meal, I train strongman calisthenics and powerlifting not only to make life easier but to also make everything in the bedroom more fun (like if you can do a zercher hold and you can carry/handle heavyweight, women don't mind feeling light as a feather in your arms), I also prioritize stress reduction and solid quality sleep, and I've also been studying hormones the last 2 years and if you can maintain and protect your hormones you will do well in the long run. Remember not all women are into the bodybuilder physique, the swimmer's body athletes body and warrior's body are much more preferred. And fix your mental health, brothers. Strong frame keeps women respecting&admiring you

One thing I've noticed is that tough girls who go for tough guys usually become their punching bag at some point. Masculine and bully aren't the same thing. A masculine man protects his family and friends....and pretty much every one else if necessary.

I've lived by, "be who you want to attract." For example, I like Fitness and health, and I'm seeking a woman who has those values as well. From my experience, fitness, style, grooming, and social skills instantly up your game.

4 is the one I fall prey to. I can be cool and confident until I start really developing feelings, because then I start letting my guard down, so I hesitate to move foward.

While I agree taking accountability is a sign of a mature person, I do believe going to therapy or venting is good for men. I disagree with saying that one needs to take responsibility to a level you may be suggesting. Some, like myself, have disorders like OCD that have a heightened sense fo responsibility. If you're a man or anybody that has OCD or similar disorders, therapies like erp can help greatly. Don't "take accountability" to a degree where you hate yourself or just so others can see you as masculine. Just offering a different perspective. How one lives their choice.

Another one I would add is that great men don't feel embarrassment or shame. If you act with integrity, and you own yourself and your actions -- you should never be embarrassed or ashamed of who you are. If someone insults you, don't have a temper tantrum because your feelings got hurt. Don't get embarrassed or shamed by another's words. Don't give people the power to manipulate you by being a slave to their words. Obviously no one should be acting arrogant. But like if you want to rock pink or wear eye liner, or cry. You do you, and don't let another person's opinion matter. Confidence often comes from integrity. From authentically being true to yourself. Your happiness is more important than another person's random judgements.

This is a pure comedy to me that a 20-something woman thinks she can tell men how to be men. We now live in a clown world! Women don’t get to define masculinity, only men do!

I wonder to myself in that these "masculine" tips are unintentionally misogynistic because it implies men need to be these things because many modern women aren't. She may address this in her video and I missed it (did skip ahead at times) but nonetheless, the title itself and the continual definition of this as "masculine" may be taken by women to let them off the hook for being, well, a decent human being. Note that a "masculine" man who shows any vulnerability is therefore "not masculine" and sub-human to many wmoen. This is why in the modern era so many men who "show their feelings" as women demand then wind up being "friendzoned" while she gripes that men are "players". I strive to improve, but I also believe that I don't exist primarily to make money and improve for the sake of it. Men should be allowed to enjoy life, and let our hair down, so to speak, without being emasculated for it. One "feminine" trait that women should learn is "the fish" has no right to "shame" the fisherman and tell us what is a "fisherman"/man or not. Letting a woman tell us what is "masculine" as it serves HER desires and demands makes us into slaves to them. That being said, I agree with much of it except for the play-the-victim part in that men should be advised to not bother playing the victim because this only works where a society even CARES if you're a victim or not. A male victim doesn't get sympathy and even will be marked for further exploitation which ought to show why "chivalry" is quite dead.

Once again, good points to mention to keep us all in check. You could mention one of those rules or variation, at the start of each new vid.

Of course there are some good things in this video. I just don't know why she has to shame sex workers. Saying sex workers can't have class, and the look on her face when she said "porn addiction" was so judgemental. Yes some peoples compulsive porn watching can have consequences in their life, but it's a symptom of a larger problem and shouldn't be anymore shameful then any other compulsive behavior. They all serve the same purpose to cope with uncomfortable emotions. Implying men lose attractiveness points, because they watch it is low and completely subjective. And can we stop acting like feminist mean all masculinity is toxic when they say " toxic masculinity" I think even the most die hard anti feminist knows that there are some things men consider masculine that are not healthy. Nobody gives a shit that you lift weights, play football, etc. But when you are suffering from a mental illness, and wont get help because grandpa said real men don't talk about their feelings I think we all know that's toxic. But I seen a lot of women who have a different view of what a masculine man is. They are after The stereotype of the guy that has muscles, overly confident, will never admit he's wrong and so forth. I have seen men who believe that it's a sign of weakness to admit that you're wrong. Especially in corporate. Too often women are attracted to those types but don't realize their relationship is problematic from the start. I've been told him several occasions we're trying to involve the woman in the decision process about a movie or dinner that I was the man and I had to make the decision. So my decision was simple. It was time to move on. I totally agree with you but there are so many women and men out they have a totally different view.

This is opinionated mostly even though most of it is true.. A lot of masculine men don't even workout and are just blue collar guys that are womanizers, real ones know what I'm talking about and I'm not saying that because I am one, I just seen and experienced it with my own eyes lol. I do about 90% of these things and I don't have women chasing me because I can't fake being nice around people, I have a bad attitude but the most guys who bag chicks ain't in the gym 24/7 like y'all think they just have a handsome face and are outgoing and friendly towards women.

To me masculinity is meta. The least masculine thing you can do is to worry about being masculine. A man is nothing if he’s not unapologetically himself as an individual. It’s more manly to wear a dress if you get bullied for it than to conform and get a halfhearted pat on the back from your peers.

Imagine the outrage if a man posted a video telling women how to be women. But a woman telling men how to be manly is a just a legitimate business.
