If in any economic offence,if any person is acquitted and the period he suffered punishment as a under trail imprisonment, who will take same period of punishment? This require national wide public debate .Whether Investigation agency or Complainant or who has given statement before the police. Because, our law system as per Criminal side is reciprocal .if you punish some one ,you should be punished National wide public rally is to be required on this point Educational people have to think more on this issue
