CPS FAILED. Judge, failed. Mother called CPS 100 times, along with the child’s first grade teacher. Mother filed for emergency temporary custody - AND IT WAS DENIED. CPS and family law - y’all need to step down. This child is DEAD.

Hurting a defenseless child is the most evil thing anyone can do.

That treadmill incident could absolutely cause his death! As a certified personal trainer I can tell you that overexercising can cause every single symptom that child experienced that night, including death. The vomitting, sore legs, lethargy, extreme sleepiness, dehydration, and seizures can all be caused by over-exercising; I know, I've seen it - I've never seen someone die, but I've seen all the other symptoms. Regarding the sepsis: What happens when you exercise too hard is, the muscles break down, causing toxins to spill into the bloodstream. If the system is overloaded with those toxins the liver and kidneys are unable to clear them out of the bloodstream, and it can/will cause the person to become septic. It's called rhabdomyolysis, and it's a painful death. This poor little guy didn't stand a chance. My heart is broken over this one.

This bastard MUST BE LOCKED UP NOW AND PUT IN PRISON FOR LIFE.

I bet carrying Cory into hospital was the ONLY time this so called father ever even HELD his son. This is so sad. I can’t take it.

This man is so evil! Watching him abuse his child on that treadmill was so disturbing! I hope the jury makes the right choice and locks him up!

I believe the father is responsible for Cory’s death. Making him run on treadmill, Cory falling off hitting his head, stomach, liver, kidneys, heart, being put back on several times, being bit in head. Extreme abuse by the father.

My opinion the hospital personnel were VERY slow in reacting at all, any nurse can see this. Yes, I’m a nurse.

My gut tells me that the father punched him and lacerated the liver. That kid was the dad's punching bag.May the SOB get his justice in prison.

Why did the Judge give the child back to this monster? The child died the next day full of bruises a punch straight into the chest and heart! The mother filed over 100 complaints to the vourt asking for help! The teacher asked for help to after seeing bruises on his head and BITE MARKS ON HIS HEAD, FACE!! Sick psychopath dad abuser!

If that was my son I would have been running into the ER yelling my son needs immediate attention, something’s wrong with him!!!

This man looks terrifying to me and I'm watching on a screen from Canada, I cannot fathom what poor little Corey must have felt when he was being looked at by this awful man.

I've been released from Hospital with a clean bill of health when I had an asthma attack in the middle of winter and there were no taxis around, no way for me to get home. I had to walk and ended up back in the hospital later that day, taken there by ambulance. Being released does not mean you are always fit as a fiddle.

Rest in peace, sweet angel. He didn’t deserve such horrible abuse. He was far from fat.

The mother should sue that judge that did not help her after she repeatedly went they’re getting so comfortable in their seat that they don’t take anything seriously that nurse was ridiculous bit too comfortable as well, didn’t see a reason to move it come on. It’s a little kid that was lethargic. Doctors and nurses are getting too comfortable as well not taking anything seriously!!! All the hospitals, judges should be investigated and sued as well throw The father in jail for the rest, rest of his nasty life

I am a retired nurse, and I find the actions of this nurse appalling and negligent, you rush the child into the emergency room not triage the child and he needed to be seen ASAP also he allowed the father to cover the child's face, this is appalling the nurse should be investigated for fitness to work in that environment, he kept on with the history taking when the child was dying, he didn't look well when he came in, he is trying to cover his sorry ass 😊

He's not even holding his sick child like he cares about him. So tragic. Life in prison for this guy.

His hate for Corey’s mom trumped him having any sort of love for Corey. He never should’ve been in his life. Corey would still be alive if DCP&P did their job and he would’ve just left Bre & Corey alone

This triage nurse thought, on hearing the child was cleared from another hospital earlier, to think "oh, he must be fine." Excuse me? If a child (or adult or the elderly) came in to the hospital again, I would think he's getting WORSE! Not better!!!

As a mommy to a little boy this pains my heart so much. He beat that baby boy until he was unresponsive. This is heartbreaking seeing that poor baby being carried by the man who abused him. I hope Christopher Gregor gets life in prison without parole. That poor baby boy. This is going to haunt me forever.

The triage nurse is very nervous ....he totally Screwed up.

Seems like dad lost his temper once again but went to far and Baby Boy is now an Angel. How they gave a man custody who was never around is crazy

I was a nurse for over twenty years. You use a body chart. You mark, chart, and describe what you see. You chart your evaluation of the patient. You chart what the patient and the parent say. You chart your observations. Anyone who has taken a child to the doctor knows some children have to be prompted to tell the doctor/nurse what is bothering them, mentally, physically, emotionally, etc.

Why do you need more information ? You look at the child and know he’s very sick .. get him on a stretcher and get him medical attention . Lots of taking no action .

Every time his mom does something to upset Chris it appears he takes it out on the boy. Like for instance the time they were late, he gets the boy and he makes him pay by running on a treadmill. I think the same thing happened that day when he found out that the sweet little child have been to a doctor regarding abuse. I think he blew up on this poor little boy. I mean he bites his son! That is carnal rage. What did he do behind closed doors? The jury is going to think all of these same things and this man is going down I just pray that it is hard and that he is scared even a fragment of the fear that his son felt.

Why didn’t the Triage Nurse turn Corey’s head so he could see his face? Doyle kept saying he couldn’t see the child’s face to know he was in distress, ridiculous, he’s the Nurse!

The main abuse took place after his doctor visit and hospital. He was discharged as healthy but bruised. Only hours later he’s dead.

This child would have died I believe in infancy or maybe toddler age if that Dad had been in the boy's life it's a miracle he survived for 2 years

Why is he crying now--he wasn't crying when he was biting his son's head.

Even Gregor’s demeanor in the courtroom looks villainous. He keeps shifting his eyes from side to side and glaring at people. Aside from some crying when they showed autopsy photos of poor Corey, he comes across as someone who is just majorly inconvenienced.

Looking Up what he looked up right after his son died,should tell you he killed him!!

This man abused a little boy because why would he not pick on someone who is smaller than him, weaker than him. Maybe this man needs to treat a grown man this way and see how it goes. What a coward.

Why isn't the hospital being investigated as well? As a healthcare professional for over 15 years - the response time critically failed. That little boy COULD still be alive if the personnel acted quickly enough and then mom would have even more evidence for full-custody. And pay attention - the ER personnel were defending their reasons for not acting quickly the entire time - abuse? absolutely but the proper healthcare could have prevented his death. RIP beautiful angel

He looked so emotionless as he watched little Corey suffering on that treadmill. That sickened me as much as his actions did.

Mother tried getting full custody and the day before went to court. Was denied. The Court system needs to be held accountable. She should do something

It breaks my heart that Cory was made to feel like such a bad child, not worthy. Even at these hospitals.

That man pisses me off!! His youngster was sleepy and disorientation after a few short hours with dad. Did the MF take him to a doc? No! He waits until Cory slept a few hours then took time to call mom and get his insurance card BEFORE taking his almost dead son to the ER!!! Then he's telling the staff why he's brought him but absolutely no concern or crying or begging for his sons life to be saved! That man is revolting!! The mom was barking up every tree that she could in the previous months and absolutely NO one intercepted on Cory' s behalf. Every single person to have contact with Cory during the months leading up to this are as disgusting as the dad. Mandatory reporters need to be held accountable in this!!!!

The defendant was clearly abusing Corey. The treadmill incident was not the first time, evident by the child’s behavior. So sad. The ongoing abuse was a huge factor contributing to Corey’s death. 😭 💔

I guess i don't understand why, if nurse was aware that he needed to see Corey's face to make a better judgment of his status, he didnt reposition his head to have a look.

I couldn’t stop crying after seeing Corey wrapping his arms around his dad. How could that father be so cruel to his own child? Even in that treadmill video he was being so obedient. Makes me sick to my stomach what this poor child went through.

This nurse is complacent. Everyday has become routine to him with NO alert to hidden injuries or objectivity. I wouldn’t want him on my staff. This is my belief and observation after 42 years of nursing.

Unbelievable they are going to flip this to the mom. The little boy endured blunt force trauma hitting his tiny little body against the treadmill. Every time he fell on it!

The boy's photos say everything. That is not a happy boy. This indicates that this was not the first time the boy may have been abused.

In the ER surveilance video there are zero comforting gestures by Christopher. A parent would be gently swaying and occasional pats, rubs, kisses...even comforting words. He's doing none of those--zero engagement with his son.

You actually didnt fully observe the child. You didnt see him move nor see him breathe or his face but you didnt see and urgency in treatment

It was difficult to watch. Horrible, horrible!. Prison for life. Such a sweet little angel. He suffered brutal torture from his dad. So so sad and tragic.

That ER doctor should have immediately taken the child for examination!

While Christopher had the child on his shoulders, he was blocking the oxygen to a dying child. In the place of the Triage Nurse, I would have focus on the child first, and provide the most needed emergency care that to talk to the father... The father was not the patient, the patient was the child.

I think he beat him up because the poor kid was highly dehydrated from working out so hard. The fear of this poor kid was in and you cannot think properly when you're lacking electrolytes. So dad beats him up! It's my guess that that is what happened. Poor Corey! This poor sweet innocent little boy. I don't know what has to happen to change these types of outcomes but when mom is begging for somebody to take a look at what is happening to this boy, the teacher also makes a complaint. And the presiding judge does not do anything! Wtf!

Any other nurse would have gotten a child being described like this straight into the emergency room instead of standing around asking questions and making assumptions Bc.. This guy is a failure of a medical nurse. He should be demoted to janitor.

This monster treated his little boy as a piece of property. Instead of ER situation, he took a damaged piece of 'stuff' to a repair shop. Narcissist and a Monster!
