And you can also bet that my butt is coming out of the house to see what in the world is happening on my freaking yard, instead of hiding in the house and never coming out….. That was crazy to me. Defense had me impressed. The way Jackson dismantled Flamatti’s testimony was awkward, shocking and amazing to watch all at once.

The very first officer on the scene, I think his name was Steve, said that there were 6 inches of snow on the ground, but only a light dusting of snow on the deceased. How is that possible if he was lying in the heavy storm for hours? I think he was held inside the house and only moved to the outside at a later stage.

I think it’s not written down because it was so obvious. If everyone sees it’s raining no one bothers to write down it’s raining. No one expected her to suddenly say I did not do it! I think it’s more interesting why she didn’t say “THE ALBERTS did it! Please investigate that house and everyone in it.” She said nothing of that sorts which makes me wonder why she didn’t….. if she knew it was them!

She wasn’t there. She has no idea what happened. He was 100% in that house. Her statements can also be interpreted in terms of her, leaving him there at the house while she went home.. if she hadn’t left him, it wouldn’t have happened. She’s blaming herself for something that she didn’t do.

I think it would be very doubtful that the cops/first responders didn't know who lived at 34 Fairview. A simple search in and LE vehicle would have revealed that - and who wouldn't know of the Alberts? He was 'up there' and any officer would know that. So... the question is, who decided no one should approach the home? The obviously had to bother some neighbor for solo cups and a leaf blower.

Only after that did they find pieces of tail light on the property. It would also be smart to pin it on the girlfriend that was having arguments with him that night. You know, there may be five first responders that claim she owned it, directly or indirectly; but so far one recanted, and the others either didn’t hear the same thing (“I did it” vs “it’s my fault” vs “it was me”) or even if they heard the same words, there is still variation (she was prompted, she was unprompted, she was admonished to be quiet after, she was told she’s hysterical after). Maybe they all happened. Maybe none of them did. Maybe Karen, still intoxicated and hysterically panicking, was told by someone ELSE before responders got there that it must be her fault. @@georgieeve2026Nobody is claiming the treadmill injuries were fatal. That incident is a separate child abuse charge from the murder. They were two totally separate events. The little boy was at the ER the night before and had a chest x-ray and blood work. No signs of infection and lungs were clear. He certainly did not go from a clear chest to pneumonia so advanced it caused sepsis and sepsis so bad it killed him in 24 hours. That absolutely did not happen.

If someone was dragged makes sense a shoe could come off. She was distraught and frantic about the potential consequences of that night. Every first responder would not have been right there at the same time to hear her confessions. Their staggered arrivals and roles/positions and focus on saving the patient in a blizzard and winds made that impossible. Also the firefighter/paramedics do not have an investigative role. In a previous TV interview KR agreed she’d said “I hit him” but she embellished the tone, context and semantics of her comment. I hope this jury deliberates as thoroughly as the Michele Troconis jury did and is not sucked in by the local police hating rhetoric ⚖️
