I blend the pandan leaves with water, strain it, let it sit the fridge over night then use the dark green extract on the bottom for my natural Pandan extract for flavor & color. Then I may add few drops of green. But I dont like the artificial pamdan flavor.

Hi, gentlemen/ sir, your cooking of pandan cake is amazing but you did not mention how high is the heat for baked? You only mention baked for 45 minutes. If I use pandanleaf juice how many grams or cup? Thank you please let me know it. ❤Thanks again

I failed on mines. I shouldn't use pandan juice. The cake came out flat and gummy like without that honeycomb texture. I mean its good but the texture isn't what i expected. Maybe it had something to do with pandan juice as i use too much liquid. Next time I'll use the pandan sediment instead of the juice.

This recipe uses too few grams of tapioca starch. I tried it and the texture was a little too loose.

Cow cake is not a correct translation for Bánh Bò. The correct name for this cake is HONEY COMB CAKE. Please make the correction to avoid giving wrong name to future chief cooks. Thank you.

A question for you! Almost 100% of all cow cakes on KZfaq call for 1 whole bag of 16oz tapioca flour but you only use 265g. The whole bag weighted about 470g. I'm confused. Please clarify. Thx
