French President Emmanuel Macron has warned against 'cowardice' in Europe. Macron said it was time for Ukraine’s allies to step up and not be cowards. Macron faced backlash from many allies after he openly discussed the idea of sending western troops to Ukraine at a Paris-based conference on February 26. In response, Vladimir Putin issued a nuclear war ultimatum to the West. However, Macron's new statement suggests that he is not ready to back down.
