I love the Cowboy Junkies and the 1996 release Lay it Down is one of my favorite albums by them. Just Want To See is one of the many great songs on the album. The video contains random pics along with some fun facts about the band. This video is released with permission from the Cowboy Junkies and Latent Recordings. To me margo timmins voice is one the best top 5......The song is one hell of a song just like the Cowboy Junkies......to me top 5 of all time

What makes this song so great to me is the subtlety and restraint, especially of the guitar work. Qualities you dont hear much in music these days; it's all overt sexualism and people shaking fistfuls of cash and fast cars at the camera in their videos hahaha. Nice work Cowboy Junkies, the real deal!

I enjoyed the slideshow and the Cowboy Junkies history. I did not realize their family founded Timmins, Ontario. Many years ago I rode the Ontario Northland train from Toronto to Cochrane, ON. You may want to check out my KZfaq channel "denmarst". I've got several Cowboy Junkies songs posted.

yeah Margo Timmins and also Hope Sandoval of Mazzy Star are great because they are expressive without cheap vocal acrobatics like Christina Aguilera et c. I think...
