subbed, I'm doing a gen 2 swap and decided on the speed drive as well. Other option for my car was the epass electric steering that looked like a lot of extra time and parts /wiring ect. Good vid on the cutting for the Alt

Thanks I appreciate it, I think the next swap I do I'm going to try the Volvo electric pump just to ser which I prefer.

When did you realize you have to put the alternator belt on before you mount it😭 another thing I ran into was the wire harness ground goes on one of the timing cover bolts used for the alternator bracket

The first time I did one I fought with it a couple times then realized the belt had to go on first! It's one of those things you remember after you fight with it for a while, lol. Yes, I just moved the ground to another front cover bolt. I think I had to extend the wire a short amount

@@PowerHousePerformanceLLC yup lol. Yeah I’m currently about to extend the alternator plug since it’s on the opposite side now. Nice video though thanks!
