I don't buy new decor. I have collected for a long time and bringing out these treasures every year is like greeting old friends, no need for new or more.i don't get people that buy new decor every year and are constantly switching it up.love what you have.

I'm switching from whimsical , fun decor to more classic look. I loved the over the top decor while the kids were little, but want a classier look now. I have been buying new things, but selling all the old, so it evens out. I have thrifted a lot of it too though. This weekend I bought all glass ornaments, which is a first and I'm in love!

My Christmas decorations this year will be simple but lovely.

I thrifted beautiful vintage brass bells for 25 cents and velvet ribbon. Cutting from my pine trees and adding the ribbon and bells, then hanging on my mirrors. It looks stunning and it was so inexpensive. Using all previous items. I love your channel.

Before every Christmas I say to myself “stop buying more Christmas”, of course I can’t. I love pink and green for Christmas it’s so pretty. I’ve been collecting that color scheme for years. I’m finding that the craft stores are finally catching on and selling those colors. Classic and timeless is what I buy, but thrifting is really picked over.

Lovely, as always. Every Monday I have layers of Sunday clothes to pick up too! We go to our church’s 8:30 service then SS. Then home to rest. The other six days I clean, make beds, homeschool, etc. It’s our routine. I think it’s important to get to church then enjoy your family, if one is able. And I’m trying really hard to buy no more decorations this year. We are in the midst of two bathroom remodels, and our finances are going to those projects currently. But I just enjoy your videos. I am spending NO money on Christmas decor. In fact the past several years I have been selling and giving some away. I am trying to downsize overall in my home and that includes Xmas, of which I had too much and didn't use half. Plus the more I have the more I have to haul out of storage every year to decorate. I am trying to simplify.
