I love that you put the TOTAL of buying everything!! So much better than just saying like .40 worth of coconut milk, when in reality you’re buying a full cans worth for example 💛

I just want you to know that I have made this sweet potato casserole about five times since you put this video up. My whole family of meat-eaters loves it! I've done variations of it too (swapped carrot & celery for the sweet potato and used a dash of vegan worchestershire to give a "roast" feel). It is infallible, cheap, and perfect for meal prep! Thanks so much.

Chili looks really good! I would prob use veg broth instead of water and I would season three chili with cumin, onion and garlic powder, Mexican oregano, and chili powder.
