It's a panning shot, that's just the ground nearby. Looks like it's moving because the focus is so far away lol

@@Pixel-Peace lol you can tell I'm a Hufflepuff. I kept rewinding the vid to rewatch the little crocodile looking thing float by trying to figure out what it was... but if I had just kept watching the vid I'd have seen the larger rocks later which make it more obvious. :P
