Have you checked any voltage? Does the solenoid click any

There's no clicking it's fully charged I'm showing 6 volts in batteries and 12v in 2 when I was jumping them I don't know if it is the ITS or solenoid thank you for the reply I just got back home

@@joenobles1086 test you main battery negative and positive. So test the whole battery pack and hit the gas and let me know what it shows. As far as voltage

If you’re getting voltage on the sol in all the areas. With the black lead on the main negative. There’s. Nothing wrong. You will get bleed over from the resistor. And the controller. Ow if you’re putting your black lead on the blue wire and red lead on the yellow wire you have a problem. What’s your cart doing.

When you hit the gas in forward. What does your bottom and top post on the f n r board have. Black lead on main negative.

If your top post and bottom post have voltage. Your f n r board is bad.

Jack the cart up and jump b- and m- on the controller with a battery wire and hit the gas. But be careful. It will run wide open. If it runs then. Controller is bad. If it don’t run replace the f n r board

@@HeyHeyHey97 nothing when jumping b- and m- . I already replaced the f&r board with Amazon garbage. Where do you recommend getting a quality replacement from? Really appreciate the videos. They are super helpful. Thanks.

So when you put it in gear with key off the f n r board sparks?

@@HeyHeyHey97 even with key out of ignition and i move gear lever , i can see sparks on the solenoid

@@user-bp2mx1wp7k what year is the club car. If you see sparks on the sol. That means that there is a loose wire on sol. And that the sol is bad. If you see sparks coming from the gear lever. That means the solenoid is stuck closed. So replace solenoid

Have you towed the cart in the run position

No it’s been sitting there for about three months and I have to keep to charge it up Went out for the evening and came home and reverse beeper was going off for no reason

Question how can you tell how old it D 499 Serial number is 116-9050 if that helps

Also after you replaced the brake. If you hook up one and 3 would the brake release

The solenoid seems normal and the brake will not release when 1 and 3 are hooked up

What’s your battery voltage

Measures 53 volts. It's a RoyPow 51 volt 105 amphr lithium battery

If you have good voltage everywhere. Does the solenoid click in and hold or click in and out real fast

I have a 1999 ezgo txt 36v dcs, 1206x curtis controller(refurbished), new batteries, new HD soleniod, foot pedal micro, f/r micros, Reid switch and cables replaced. Soleniod clicks with key on in forward or reverse, motor shutters. But cart won't drive or move other then shuttering while on jack stands...can we chat? Email or phone/video, thank you sir

@@jusballen2825 sounds like a motor issue. When you say solenoid click in forward or reverse. Are you meaning it clicks when you hit the gas. Or clicks by turning key on. What does overall battery show when you hit the gas. On the main positive and main negative

@cpfans90 motor just got rebuilt, new brushes, internals were ground and lathed then varnished by local electric motor guy? Solenoid clicks, after key is on then placed in f or r? Or if in forward or reverse it clicks after you turn key on. Motor goes on and shutters on its own not pressing pedal, if I wiggle the 10 pin stock harness to the controller motor stops shuttering. But the back up buzzer turns on after key on, in forward or reverse? What is going on man, thanks for the help

@cpfans90 a company I found on youtube, cloud electric I want to say? But not 100% on that,

when ever you connect one and 3 you should have 48 volts dc. on the harness side of the brake plug.

And if you don't, such as in my case ?

@@kenny-Poo check voltage on the one and 3 plug there should be positive voltage. Black lead on main negative Let me know what you get

Run you a wire from main positive to small post on solenoid where yellow wire is and let me know what it does. Put in run in forward with key on and hit the keys.

@@HeyHeyHey97 ran the wire to solenoid turn key on and put it in forward and nothing, still won’t turn on

Tie all 4 of the tow switch wires together. Also what voltage does the 2 red wires on the bottom left in the main harness show. Black lead on main negative

⁠​⁠@@HeyHeyHey97tied all 4 together and now all wires are reading 36.4v (solenoid, tow/run switch, All main harness wires read 36.4v, B+ reads 36 v B- reads 36v, F1 and F2 wires read 18-22v( black and white wires on top left).Still doesn’t run.

@jorgec3176 k. Now run a jumper wire from main positive. Since you have them 4 tied together and see if it runs. If it doesn’t run after that. Do another test. Will tell you if it doesn’t run

@@lbj2642 unhook the orange wire off the back of the f n r switch and let me know if it still beeps in forward. If it does replace controller. What’s the background behind the cart. Or It just wouldn’t run one day. Or it broke down and you towed it home in run. Also when did the reverse buzzer start in forward.

@@HeyHeyHey97 it was giving to me and the only thing I known is that the brakes locked up on them once before.

@@lbj2642 how do you go from forward to reverse. A button on the dash or the keyswitch

I ran through your diagnostic on a 97 ezgo and got stuck at the second thing. I literally have power to every leg in the FNR switch. I labeled the 4 wires like a clock. I'm sure they are on right. As for the other 12 volt wires, it was a different setup

Push on the pedal and the reverse beep stops. Still no movement.

How do you have your f n r switch wired up.

There was. Nothing bad on this cart. I was just giving you a complete voltage test on the whole cart and described what each voltage should show.
