Been a CTS fan since the early 80's. Haven't had a chance to see them yet live, being from the midwest they don't tour in my area, BUT I'm retiring soon, and that's one of the "to do" things on my list when I do.

Originally from Rochester, my older brother turned me on to Crack the Sky many years ago. I even stole his LP for awhile, but returned it to him years later in a protective sheath. I always wanted to see these guys live.

@@backstageguitartech6161 It was Larry Allen from WYDD that really played their material a lot.

Since hearing ICE sometime late 70's I was intrigued but no one played them. Had to go to NRM to find their albums. I saw them with my wife a bunch of times. Watched Rick play for BE Taylor

Huge fan since '78, have every release (including a few boots) and have seen them literally dozens of times in and around their usual home base of Baltimore. Cool tune, but not their best. Also, a performance of one (originally electric) song done acoustically in no way captures their power live. On stage they are so tight it's like one brain with 12 arms. See them, support them. All good guys that deserve it. And they're NOT "progressive." Eclectic rockers with excellent musicianship and fantastic songwriting.
