I don’t have an AC Moore and I looked on Amazon and either I am not searching correctly or they don’t have them. Have you purchased the disk ornament or have you seen them anyplace else. I would love to make some of these for gifting. Thanks so very much. Yours is beautiful!

These are as close to what AC Moore had. You might need to add a thin bead of glue at the seam per the reviews. I got them as AC Moore was out and I didn't have an issue, especially after applying the pearls which acts as a sealer anyway. Here it is. It only comes in a package of 12 so I'm sorry if you don't need that many. These are great for photo ornaments or party favors too if you don't use them for the Memory ornaments. SugarShine Designs thanks so very much for responding. Now, Amazon is out of the transparency sheets for the ink jet. Do you know if the laser jet sheets with a laser printer would work just as well? I can’t thank you enough for all your help!

In looking at the cost and ratings, I would pick this one as a good alternative for an Ink Jet printer. amzn.to/38RPLqf If you think you need more than 20 sheets, then this is what I would choose. amzn.to/2Z2tph6 Both say they would arrive the 20th or 21st where I live so hopefully it will be the same for you. I base these recommendations on the ratings which are very good and by many reviewers.

SugarShine Designs well now I find out we no longer have an ink jet printer, only laser jet printers. I just don’t think this is meant to be. Guess I either need to forget making these or see if like Staples or Office Depot would be able to print them. Hope you had a very Merry Christmas!

Absolutely Gorgeous! I would love to make one of these in memory of my mother and father. I lost her last year. It’s the hardest thing that I have ever gone through and still going through. I lost my dad, Father’s Day 2005. Which hurt bad. But, it’s nothing like losing your mom. It made me not care for Father’s Day anymore. Nothing adds up to your parents. I just wish that I could hear their voices one more time. Just a phone call from them would certainly make my day.

I’m so sorry for your losses. Losing loved ones is the most painful thing that can happen to us. I hope your memories ease your pain a little bit. Doing activities like making this memory ornament can help with healing too - or at least that’s my experience. Hugs.

I hope they have the ornaments for you. I had to beg them to go looking for a new box the last time I was at my store. There are other disc ornaments but you need the split disc which is a little hard to find at this size. I would like to make more for some of my cousins who lost family this past year but I don’t think I can get the ornaments. Next year I’ll be on the lookout for them right away.

Good Morning Janet.... I went to AC Moore's yesterday and they had the ornaments....I was so excited.... they had a whole box of them.... I ended up getting 15 of them to start with. Now time to get to work.... Thank you so much for this tutorial and the website to Debbie's Designs.... already have that also.... now to just print and cut them out and put together.... this is going to make such pretty gifts for Christmas....

Do I need a sublimation printer to print this on the acetate film. I have an ink jet printer and it just doesn't dry

No. You just need to buy acetate that is made to accept ink jet ink. In the links, you’ll find the brand I bought from Amazon.

Hi. My original source doesn’t have them anymore but Oriental Trading had them the last time I checked. Search for Oriental Trading’s site and then for the bulbs. Thanks for watching! Janet
