Gayle this has once again promoted me to thank you publicly, if it wasn’t for you introducing my ETSY shop to your followers a month ago it would still be undiscovered. I started my shop with the aim to be braver and change aspects of my life, due to your promotion it’s given me the confidence to explore my artistic side further. I’ve got pages of projects for my ETSY shop which hopefully will see fruition day after the Christmas period, thank you once again for being the light of kindness in our crafting world.

Gayle, seriously, have you ever known a crafter who did not "need" more stash?? Who knows where we will store it but we need it none the less!! I grew up in Wyoming but now I have lived in Florida for 20+ years and I've had people tell me I have a very different accent...I don't think I have an accent at all but other people certainly do!!! LOL! Love how this journal is progressing!

Dear Gayle, it’s early in the morning here in California, and your comments about kindness and joy brought tears to my eyes. I realize that for the last several years including the years since my sons passing that I have been expressing the need for joy and kindness. I am retired as well and it has been a hard few years but the tears of shedding are because you expressed something that I have been feeling as well. I’ve also been sitting here thinking if we lived closer having coffee with you would be a wonderful experience and I think we would be friends in person as well as online. Thank you for the gift of acknowledging where we are in our life and how important caring for one another and loving one another in showing kindness and bringing a smile to both others and ourselves, makes our world better. Gayle, it is as though you read my mind! So much of what you said about your mission statement resonates so strongly with me. Although I do not have a store, I love to make things and give them to friends. In the everyday, I say hello to all I meet in my neighbourhood streets. Young adolescent men particularly, walk around with their heads down. I call it my 'kindness project'. I want to thank you for all you do. It gives me so much pleasure.

I have had great fun with differences in local sayings with my sons neighbors in Illinois. Here in KY I say chocolate Pie with long I. My sons neighbor kept talking about Pie with soft I and more emphasis on the e. He"s originally from Jersey. I told him I was pretty sure anyone who said Pie-e, had never had a home made Pi. He said his mom made homemade Pie-e. He helped her pour it into the bowl from the pudding box. Lol He was a hoot!

I am just learning how to make a journal, but I sure have followed your recommends and have been supporting many Etsy shops. Yes spreading kindness, but you also share joy besides kindness. If someone doesn't like your site then they are a Grinch, grabby apple. You are always uplifting and full of great ideas. I found something that I had made, inspired by you and I was so proud of myself. It was like I had received happy mail. It's fun to clean your craft room. You talking about accent I'm from Nebraska and the thing my kids laugh about is we say "warsh" instead of wash. One more thought I admire how you can cut paper and get it right without measuring. Mine are always off some how. I just think part of the creating.

Oh I would love a chance to win some of your extra stash! Especially if the Timmy Christmas Paper Dolls are included...those would be so fun to use! I've seen crafters use glue stick to hold the fabric tab in place when they sew it with no problem to the needle. Give that a try next time you sew on tabs! ❤
