OMG! I was making these the hard way. Thanks for the video. So simple. I love the idea of using the little card to help make the ruffles as you go. I used that method with some wide ribbon I was using to make a ruffle and it worked. I’ve been sewing and making clothes for years and never thought I would be sewing paper. For me it was the ultimate no, no as a seamstress…dull needles and scissors…oh my! Lol. Anyway, I just started sewing on paper about a couple of years ago and it gives a totally different look to whatever is being created. I love it.
