Welcome back to my channel.
Did not intend to make these today but absolutely love how the scrap ruffles have turn out. Will definitely be making more of those.

Beautiful ribbon & fabric ruffles love how they can be used what a great ideal to use paper I have different widths of organza that I've never used but, they will have a new home in journals. My favorite is the different fabric scraps and adding pretty decorations on top. Thanks for sharing these are so creative.🥳💕

OMG!! I just had quite the flashback of sewing on my litttle kiddie sewing machine making ruffles on paper with leftover scraps of fabric and then wrapping the ruffles around my fake Barbie (real Barbie was too expensive!!! LOL!!) I had originally learned how to sew on paper!! even though mom was a seamstress and had plenty of bits of fabric....she made many princess style wedding dresses as well as dresses for the whole bridal party.(it was the early 60's!!) I did have the best dressed fake Barbie of all my friends! It's a great idea. If I remember correctly, if you sew them in a spiral it makes flowers.... Thanks for the memory flashback!

That is magical! I make them in tags etc but never thought to sew on paper and tear off!!

I might try ruffling them right onto the tags with a slightly longer stitch, then glue over the stitch on the backside so it stays together. Could work?! Wish me luck. :)

So gorgeous and I had a good view of you sewing. I never thought about using paper to sew them on, definitely easier. I use ribbon to back fabric snippets sometimes but I'm going to try paper. Thanks for sharing Gi. 🙂❤️

I love the ruffle.. 💕💕💕 i going to try my first time.. Ive been really sick the past 1 1/2 yrs .. from covid attached my respiratory system.. Its taken me long time .. 😭😭 But im starting to get back into my crafting again.. 😀😀😀🦋🦋🦋 Watching all your videos and other crafters Its what helped me while I had a hard recovery battle still not 100% I do a little at a time.. i just takled my 1st journal cover .. oh i had issues but managed to fix .. 😂😂 I just received my order form Amazon The resin and the light thingy.. really excited to start to use .. all your digly daglys Are AWESOME 💕💕💕 them .. I made some of these today, only I had to lift the foot to feed each fold under, so it was even slower going! Easier when I used some lace. I'll post mine in the group

You always have such great ideas!! Sewing onto paper, sounds perfect. I'd never have thought to embellish ribbons with little roses, or flowers, etc. Can go add to ribbons I've already sewn. Definitely gonna go do this tomorrow. THANK YOU!! Austin,TX USA
