it seems that buying these mowers from crackheads is a trend. got mine from a mobile home crackhead couple months ago, gotta replace the blades eventually. these videos have been super helpful, thanks!

Update. Crackhead saw this video and stole the mower back and had no problems reselling it to another person who buys stolen property. 😮

Should have been either on the filter or in the hold before I put the filter on. You want the filter on while adjusting the carb
