All except the second locomotive (NREX 5473 ex. Conrail 6829) on 4059 was repaired. Repaints when repaired: 4479 and 1065 went to H3. Fonts changed: 997 and 4576 had a different font

4479 had priority because the siding was in front of it. 4059 was the one that disregarded the signal. The crew also fell asleep on the job

The train on the siding failed to stop within the siding, had he been at least 20 feet short of the signal, this would’ve been avoided altogether

Brilliant animation skills I loved it I have just one criticism and that's with the throttle the throttle on trains go down to move and up to brake and the emergency break is either on the top or bottom towards either side of the cab so it would have been pulled down or up in order to apply the emergency break other than that love the story love the animation and love the time and effort you put in

All of the locos were rebuilt except for the EX-Conrail SD50, which was scrapped

Now do the Cactus train crash. This is when a BNSF train turns onto a misaligned switch. It was supposed to keep on the main line. It turned on the siding and slammed into the back of a grain train.

Another infamous wreck was the Hinton train collision in 1986, a high speed head-on collision between the VIA Rail Super Continental and a CN freight train. The freight was supposed to hold at Hinton siding to let the VIA train pass, but for some reason the engineer blew past the signal and collided with the oncoming train. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hinton_train_collision
