Think of the adventures Craig Boddington has experienced over the past 50 years hunting Africa and then imagine sharing a week with him on safari. This past season saw a group of hunters snap up the opportunity of joining Craig on his hosted hunt to John X Safaris.
Nate Tesmer, Kris Reeder, John Stucker, Beau Hammon, Steve Molter and Mike Sydnes arrived with open minds to have a blast as they experienced the very best of the Eastern Cape and South African hunting. Hunting from our Tribal Region the guys made the most of the superb Kudu opportunities on offer before heading south towards our main base Woodlands hunting a variety of plains game.
No matter how many pictures were taken or hours were filmed it still remains near impossible capturing the full experience to share with others if you weren’t there to feel it yourself. At the end of our hunt after many wonderful animals in the salt and hours of stories shared around the campfire, we all felt Craig himself summed it up best; “In all my years I never imagined a place like this still existed…. but it really does. It can be found at John X Safaris.”
