This is actually my favorite episode of all time… it’s the only time ever an expert comes in to actually buy something in the shop! On top of that the expert buys the thing that they appraised! It’s freaking amazing.. I wish there were more episodes like this.

Read between the lines in the video. The original seller was in a hurry and going out of the country. Rick didn't have it appraised and took a shot in the dark on the price. Rick took the risk and got rewarded (could have gotten burned though). Simple risk & reward principle.

s bright no it is now proved to be real the company had no records of the peice because a hundred years or so ago the Faberge office in Switzerland was Ransacked when Faberge died the company thought it could be a fake it's not the typical design! But the documents for the brooch were found in another Faberge office out of Switzerland and the value is way higher than first thought!

Tonight i met a couple from Poland in Sanggar Olah Seni Bandung. They both are punkers and willing to held some night charity in the Sukabumi along with punkers from Germany and KL Malay. Sukabumi was hit by landslide so many casualities and a traditional village got burried. Greatful to have them.

800 years? I'm polish and what I learned in school is that Poland lost Independence in 1795. After 123 years Poland gain freedom again. After WW1. Than we lost it to USSR and again gained it 1989.

it always bothered me, like how come Poland was not independent, when its was not part uf USSR? It was ruled by poles, communists and what not, but still by poles, unlike any part of USSR, of course, politics was influenced by Warsaw Pact, but now it is influenced by EU and NATO, and yet, nobody is saying , that Poland is not independent now. It just does not add up to me.

1. It's not a medal, it's an Order. 2. I'm not sure who Craig said the manufacturer was, it sounded like Fowen, but in fact these Orders were manufactured by the house of Keibel, Julius or Albert Keibel, depending on a period. 3. It was basically the second ranked highest Order in imperial Russia, behind only the Order of Alexander Nevskiy and on par with the Order of St. Vladimir.
