Trev just a tip man don't be afraid to use the power slide you're able to steer left and right while sliding so you can dodge traps or grab crates. ALSO you're able to hop off a ramp and immediately go into a power slide. Just hold the R1/L1 button. While you're in the air and start turning so when you land you'll immediately go into a power slide and also get the boosts in. Using this technique that's how you'll gain alot of speed and also defeat that infamous turn on Papu's pyramid. You got this man 👍

Main problem is that he’s playing like it’s Mario Kart but it’s not. Power sliding around every corner and even on the straight sways is key to success in this game. It’s like playing Fortnite like it’s PUBG where you don’t make it far if you don’t know how to properly build. It’s not the games fault, this isn’t a bad game. I have the original CTR from 1999 which I still play regularly so I know what I’m talking about.

Trev, you can also perform brake turns midair and since landing after a big jump gets you a boost, you dont lose speed at all After boosting also make sure to do some hopping so it lasts a bit longer, not the boost itself but the momentum. Hope this helps -from someone who 100% the game
