Yeah Willem. Just found this channel. I have a -05 S60 with only 70000 miles on it. No turbo monster but a nice cruiser. I have zero mechanical experience but i'm sure i'll learn a bit about my own car from watching you tear apart other Volvos :)

The video just popped out in my recommendation tab, and it was a pleasure to watch it. After I finished it I was 100% this channel has at least 100k subs. It was a shock to see only 7k subs. The quality, storyline everything was engaging and perfect. Definitely, I am gonna stay here for future videos. KUTGW!

Dude I thought I recognized you! I haven’t seen one of your photography videos in years but I knew who it was as soon as you started speaking haha. I LOVE the amount of intersect there is between film photographers and Volvos of all things. You should try and make your way up to the IPD Garage Sale this year! Excellent...amazed how well you are going about with removing parts now...That engine removal was ace...My XC 70 is going into the shop today.....Who knew this one ?....the driver safety belt female part is faulty causing a message....Thought it was the cluster all over again . And my oil pan needs resealed.....Bit by bit I am getting my beauty to my restored level of comfort...Loving your content...get busy....

You found a great parts car. That’s a lot of money in aftermarket parts. The intercooler and turbo alone are worth a ton.

this video was a trip, because i just did the exact same thing to exactly the same car. picked up an 04 S60R for parts to manual swap mine (05 S60R), even had the remains towed off the exact same way I dug too deep though and pulled literally everything down to the frame, including the wiring harnesses. Most parts arent compatible between 04 and 05 but better to have it and not need it.. oh and i have FC04s, painted black they look awesome on this chassis

LoL that outro... you can´t have a P26 Plattform Volvo that isn´t showing the "anti skid" warning every once in a while. Mine likes to show it to me every other month or so. Usually disappears after one quick steering input, sometimes it stays for one minute.

Thinking of doung something similar.. i found a S60R for 9500$ and negotiated the price to 7300$, the car miight be urning oil but thats a mystery, but it does have a bad clutch and dualmass flywheel... all it needs is some love, ghot 180k miles on the clock, do you think its worth it?

Wait, didn't you remove the interior? Steeringwheel (even without airbag), dash, seats, center console etc. are all very desirable and would make a nice upgrade for your V70 for example... Or did I miss that part?
