Crashing Windows 3.1 to Windows 11!

Күн бұрынThis video will show how I have crashed various versions of Windows from Windows 3.1 to Windows 11. The only beta build shown is Windows 11 (codename Nickel), and several other versions were excluded because I was unable to find a way to crash them.

Fun Fact: When Program Manager(PROGMAN.EXE) is not responding, it shows KSOD?(Kill Screen of Death?) It means black background with red text

The first time i got a BSOD in a real hardware is when i restarted my pc, it got a BSOD, the stop code was DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE so my PC's drivers are corrupted?

Well actually, the "Themes" service died as the computer was crashing, this service is the one responsible for changing the windows theme to the users preference, if this service isn't running windows uses the default theme, which for XP is the classic theme, if you are running windows 7 you can do this in Task manager by stopping the Themes service in the Services tab

Oh and here’s a better way. First open window tab then type “cmd” and click on it then type “power shell wininit” that should take a bit

Saw 0:30 once in a host pc back in 2010 (1 yr old) 1:01 3 times back in 2010-2011(1-2yr old) 1:52 twice but win xp on my mom's laptop back in 2009 & 2013 1:52 twice on my aunt's old windows Server 2008 laptop 2014 & 2017 1:52 maaaaaany times on my grandpa's windows 7 pc (2014-2021) 2:24 happened like 10 times on my grandpa's windows 7 pc after it got windows 8.1 installed in it (dec 2021~2023) And also my aunt's old win server laptop that had win 10 when i was playing free fire (a few days ago) 3:09 happened on my mom's win 11 laptop when i had too many programs running, ms edge playing music, 3 virtual machines running, and also creating boot drive with rufus at the same time

uhm technically it isn't from 3.1 to 11, you missed: -95 -NT 3.1, 3.5 -8 (altough it doesn't really count, there is 8.1) -Windows 10 up to 18xx (idk what that version was...)

I have got bsod on windows xp and 7 a few times but they're still better than windows 10. Ironically, the latter I haven't got a single bsod not even in windows 8.1

same, ive only gotten one bsod unexpectedly in my life as of my recent memory, most bsdos are intentional. i once ejected a wintousb usb with windows 7 and it crashed immediately

tbh sometimes they can jumpscare you if you have audio playing when it crashes (the audio will glitch and buffer heavily)
