My name is Crawford and I’m a farmer.
Being a farmer is more than a job; it’s a way of life. The good days can involve bringing new life onto the farm or sunny days outdoors whilst on others it's dealing with machinery breakdowns and on the worst days, sometimes animal deaths.
Farming can be isolating at times - away from the busy streets and city life - so this platform brings you closer to the inner workings showing the highs and lows and everything in between.
I hope to bring some context to how the food ends up on your plate, from your Sunday roasts to morning porridge and even the tulips on your kitchen table. Hopefully a bit of agricultural education along the way.
This video captures the latest goings on including crop management and our efforts to increase sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint.

You need to put a couple of those stones by the shop, someone might want to buy one or two for their garden or drive entrance. I always loved ploughing when I was farming, very satisfying job.

Once again we’ll done. Nice & busy day. I like the plow. The was a wee stone. Looked like someone put a fence pole in it. Bet that fence post never moved. I never like digging a fence pole hole through rock. Jobs well done two 👍 👍

Good size stone!! It's funny how they hide for years in fields that are ploughed every year and then all of a sudden one year bang! "I'll just break your plough" 😆. Great video! Hopefully the weather holds till the seed is in the ground

your air con need servicing / regasing when it works hard it over heats and the safety system turns it off, Great stone mind you don't bend fork tine getting them out as its no fun trying to get a pallet off lorry with bent tines

Another good video Crawford 🤘 enjoying seeing the tractors out and about working the land 🙌 right cute wee calf that chilling in the feed ring 😅 just caught up on a couple videos again ! Missed the lives this week as I'm dayshift 7-7 😛 dont really listen to podcasts. On my travels to/from work it's all tunes. A very mixed bag of tunes at that ! Wild variation of taste in music 🤣🤌 weathers been ace eh

My Deere 6115r uses 9litres/hour on 3f reversible, but you will cover more ground in a hour with the 4f 🤷‍♂️ why not have spring reset plough won't break on stones 👌

Try putting the top link on after you have put the lowest of the lower links on the plough. You won't have a problem getting the other lower link on then 👍😁

From home yard its a straight road, yard 2 is 3 miles, another mile to yard 3 and another mile to yard 4
