The conspiracy theory is that UEFA wanted Man Utd v Barcelona in the final, avoiding a repeat of the 2008 final.

Problem is, from like 08 until 2020 when its real or Barca in knock out phase, there is ALWAYS at least one game changing call in their favor.. either is no offsides called or some red cards against opponents, some penalties for diving..
