Finally Joe in a AMG! Especially a 45 one. The new A45s really is a special weapon. I own the old 2018 one and my dad has a new CLA45s. Drove both on the track on Sunday and the 45s is just mental. Love it! Great video Joe, as usual!

Great video again. Refreshing to see without the spoilers etc, aero kit is a way to make a 60k car look chavvy. This looks classy, which it needs to at that price tag. Silver wheels and badges are good too. Was going to ask how the gear shifts were, usually a slight weakness of Mercs. What do you reckon the 0-100mph would be?!

That's just insane and like you said 50k is alot but it's far more than just a hot hatch. Great review as always and I agree much better without the aero kit, only thing I would change is the exhaust because from behind you can see the real 2 exhaust tips behind the 4 fake ones

Nice to see a Benz on Joe's channel. Maybe Mercedes UK will start to consider letting cars for review. They would have everything to win. I guess BMW, being clever, understood the benefit it brings As usual, the enthusiasm and the quality of the content makes you spend a very good 20 minutes.

"Toivonen’ time was good enough to put him in the top ten of the times set by the F1 cars. Considering the F1 cars of that time could produce over 1000bhp in qualifying trim that’s a pretty impressive feat if you ask me. Back then the difference between a Rally car and a Formula One car was not as big as it is today so perhaps that’s why we always class this story as a myth. With it now being over 30 years since this story first came to light, it’s clear to see how the facts have become twisted over time. We have simply confused a test for a full on qualifying or even a race time and applied Toivonen’s feat to the wrong session."

I won my AMG A45 in 2015 with BOTB ... By far the best car i have ever owned and at 398.4 bhp Stock, she was quicker than my E92 M3 too ... i still personality prefer to have the Aerodynamic Package on them ... just looks like a normal A Class otherwise ... apart from afew touches but the AP makes it look so much meaner ... epic car though 🤘🙌🍻🏴

Had a MY2016 of the 45, fast but felt like it was thrown together. The new model looks a much better build quality. However here in Ireland it’s gone from €60k base to €85k base. A few options and you’re near €100k, just can’t justify that for a car the size of a A45S/CLA45S

Atalay Ant I’m actually after the cla45s, pretty much the same car, must be the rarest car going, only 2 for sale in whole of uk and they are priced higher then brand new as ppl don’t want to wait. The gun metal is cool think I’m gona get that, yellow is cool but abit to loud for me

LOL I am going to be the only one for next 12 months in Turkey with the latest model and that is yellow, I am sure! :P I purposely chose yellow to enjoy summer here keeping the interior from hot, that is an energetic color, easy to show off LOL, and easy to pinpoint parking at malls, honestly... haha! I hope you get what you want.

I signed for an A45s yesterday but wanted to drive an M2 Competition just to compare the 2. The M2 Competition bored me. It is just another fast BMW. No different to anything else BMW produced for the last 20 years. The Merc left me with a broad smile on my face. The BMW M2 just left me feeling like I drove another fast BMW. A45s for me. Can't wait for delivery 😍 🙌🏼
