Different type of video from me today guys. I documented my journey of losing weight. I was 6ft tall and 120kg at the start of this journey 3 months ago. Let’s see how much weight I can lose with minimum gym time due to closures.

Eh drink water and eat pasta, riss, salat and vegtabels. Make 4 days a week for 40min Sport and you gonna lose fat... simple

as you get more into eating cleaner its easier to fight cravings, but i believe in never ignoring those cravings cause u can lose gains binge eating once ur fit. look into swerve brown sugar or granulated sugar, monk fruit sugar. those are dope for baking or using it as a substitute for sugar in tea etc

weightlifting doesn't lose much weight, cardio is much better for weight loss and can be done anywhere

@@kajeej1115 This is a huge myth tbf Weight lifting or running they dont lose Weight Losing Weight is caloric deficit, but what running and Weight lifitng does is making your body consume more calories which means that the body will use more energy that is stored as fat So basically you can consume more energy doing Weight lofting than running depending on the time and intensity

Exactly. This is nothing more than a bulk and cut. Had plenty of muscle mass that just got covered in fat which he burnt off. Far easier to burn fat than build muscle

Hey, really great and inspiring transformation. Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do it the right way. It's not 70% diet, 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. I train at home cause gyms are closed in my town. The workout plan I'm following is from Next Level Diet, and meal plan also. I lost 7lbs in 3 weeks (mostly fat). If anyone knows some other app or site for diet, feel free to recommend so I can try when I'm done with this one. This one rocks but I like to experiment haha

That day 37 commentary was very motivational. There have been so many of those days for me where, like you said, I stare at the ceiling not wanting to do anything at all. Unfortunately, I usually give in to these feelings and end up going back to sleep. I'm really inspired by you choosing to pursue the harder route instead.

for beginners in bodybuilding: he didn't build that amount of muscle in 90 days he has already been working out he just got fat and have to lose weight

The amount of people that don't understand this is comical. Day 1, under all that fat was years and years of built up muscle. All he did was burn the fat (the easy part) it takes years and years to build muscle. Not a couple of months

@@SL0409 burning fat is not all that easy, you need to have a strict diet and make sure your not cutting too much or you risk losing a lot of muscle mass.

This was really awesome. I just started my fitness journey 2 days ago and I'm not really looking to lose weight but I do just want to be more fit and toned and what you said on day 37 is usually how I feel about a week into working out but this time, I'm not gonna give in to those feelings just like you didn't. This was the motivation I needed to keep it going! Like you said, its for a lifetime! Thats how I'm trying to be!

@@pw2280 Yeh, I know you talking to him, but I'll talk to you about mine, did exercises and in 1 Month I gained Muscle and my body shredded a bit, going to do this until 2023, Drank a Bit of Sugar Soda tho once or twice a week, it was hard to resist but luckily I still lost weight and still drank more water every day for at least an hour, I will keep doing this to prove everyone wrong, some of my friends notice my muscles, I know I shouldn't let down even if I look good, my goal was to do this until 2023, so I will do this everyday and get stronger 💪.

I got fat in 2020. Put on 50 pounds. I signed up with the gym and highered a personal trainer. Then covid happened. Gym shut down. So I worked 7 days a week instead, 10 plus hours a day of physical labor after quiting smoking. Peaked out after gaining 50 pounds since then i have lost 15 pounds. I realized that my previous injuries before joining the gym I was only able to workout my core. Without severe joint or bone pain. I never minded the muscle pain but once you lose the ability to use your hand for a month for pushing on one wrist. Knee comes out of the socket and severe back and hip pain comes back and its not the muscles that hurt. The muscle soreness feels great compared to the previous injuries coming back into play. When they weren't a problem for a decade.

you did really great. You are so right, once you let that momentum die down it gets so hard to get back on track. I'm at that point now but we had a super warm day here in my town after a week of snow and I was like "girl, this is a warning!!! Get back to working on that summer body NOW" thanks for the added motivation

Crazy transformation! If I managed to transform my body, everyone can do it. But I can't express how important the diet is... Without it exercise won't provide such great benefits. Many beginners and people who want to lose fat struggle to find a proper diet. They want fast results and they end up with no results at all, less money in their pockets and health problems. I encourage you to do a research and find a diet that will work for you. If you still don't know where to start, consider Dietarize as your starting point (it comes with workout plan which I find convenient as it doesn't require going to the gym at all). This way results are guaranteed. 💪💪💪

@@cardiacsign768 best protein foods are eggs, wholegrain pasta, chicken, lean meat and beef. As for snacks, nuts are a good source of protein. I would also encourage to but whey protein shakes as it's a contains a lot of protein if you want😁

I was same like you. During 1st lockdown i went from 78kg to 87kg. Eating junk food all day alcohol & sweets. Now I've managed to drop down to 79kg. Cardio & weight training 5 days a week. Now after watching this video im motivated even more 🔥💯✔️

Didn't know what he was doing? 🤣 All he did was burn the fat covering up the years and years of built up muscle mass. Dude was full of muscle from years of working out. Then covered it up with fat from eating junk (bulking) and then burnt off that fat (cutting) Pretty standard stuff. His day 90 body took years of working out and lifting weights not 90 days of losing weight 🤣

This is real motivation to me because the same thing happened to me during this pandemic me not able to play basketball and workout like I did I went from 5'10 175 pounds to 6'0 220 but this year I get to play basketball for my sophomore year in high school , I'm glad this popped up on my screen . I have four month to get to my goal 220

You don't really know anything about muscle & fat do you? All this guy did was spend 3 months burning off fat that he had gained from bulking up that was covering the muscle mass he had already built up from yer arms and years of gym work. Its comical how easy people on KZfaq are duped by stuff they know nothing about 🤣 It took this guy years and years of working out in the gym to look the way he does now. This video is just a 90 day fat loss which is pretty standard for anyone with his muscle mass. Don't be out here thinking he went from fat to ripped in 90 days. It takes years to build up that muscle mass which is on show after a bit of weight loss

Sick af. Just went from 6,5ft and 130kg down to 111kg in 4 months myself, so not as fast as you but i found the diet that suits me and is sustainable and i love seeing other people going on the same jounrney as me and succeding.

Imagine all those people who just have obesity in their genes. This man in particular had already been fit in his life, and it makes me appreciate being relatively fit. I’m actually training body recomp as I’m happy with the weight I am, just not the shape I became over lockdown. Seeing this gives me more confidence. Started boxing again and can’t wait to fight again 🤞🏾

@@zacwayman9473 Yes you absolutely do, but just noticed on social media when people talk rest days they see days off, so they take 2 or 3days off in the week in the name of rest days...they not taking into consideration that you working 2 or 3 body parts twice a week which basically give them body parts several days in the week to rest nd recover... The more you train the better and quicker your results so for me them days off are really just days off..But you right a muscle need like 2 or 3days to fully recover

Gaining muscle is not this easy but that's mainly due to the fact that most people are beginners this man is not he clearly knows how to use his body to the best of his potential in the gym. But losing this much fat as a beginner is 100% possible just matters about what you eat and your metabolism so if your younger your gonna have a huge advantage compared to someone who is 30-40 trying to lose weight. Begin working out while your 13 I would say ik this sound dumb but I started my muscle gaining journey last year and now I'm 14 and can lift close to 400 pounds. Don't let anyone put you down put your mind to it and get the right work ethic and I promise you will lose almost all your body fat within 6 months. [It will take much longer for people who are obese]

THIS IS LITERALLY ME. I was at 120 kgs too after an year in lockdown, I started doing home workouts three weeks ago, and I've lost 5 kilos already! Gonna keep going strong, will be back with updates if people wish for it! Probably will make a video on it too :)

Nope. Years and years of building muscle mass then it got covered in fat and then burnt off that fat which is the easy part. All these KZfaq "transformation" videos are just people already with big muscle mass just burning fat for a few months.
