You should. It is soooo much cheaper. People have a hard time believing this, but I’m telling you it’s cheaper to live here than Mexico. And 1 million times safer! 😵‍💫🤣

it's in the highest risk earthquake area in Italy , basically uninsurable and a deathtrap if it has had no works carried out and all works will then have to meet stringent zone 1 seismic rules, very expensive

I’ll address this in a video soon. Abruzzo to the east and Molise and Sicily are way worse. The area near the A1 through Frosinone is actually green in the seismic maps. Italy for sure is active in General, but saying this is the highest risk area in Italy is just not true.

We actually started looking in abruzzo due to the beauty of the pkace and my wife became spooked after researching seismic zones This area seems moderate in comparison Now she is warming to the areas around montepulciano

@@sladdengobros1081 good to see someone attempting to do their own research , each comune in italy by law now has to apply a seismic rating and this should be published by the comune online and you will find that italian wiki pages show this whereas english wiki pages do not ,strange as it is so important for costs and safety it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocca_d%27Arce you will see that rocca d'arce is a zone 1 seismic area , suggestions as regards seismic risk is if you see zone 1 as in places like l' aquila and avezzano run the other way it is the highset risk area and there are lots of places less risky

I loved this even in bad lighting. Hey Brad, how much do you think this would rent out per night once renovated? Is it possible to hire locals to look after housekeeping for airbnb s? I'm thinking of starting from the UK, building up a small portfolio of air bnbs to provide passive income when I emigrate. I'm waiting for your book to be delivered to the UK. Can't wait 😊

there are new restrictions on purchased property to be used as a guest house, b n b,. saw it on a lawyers vlog, do some research! they are not allowing them cuz of abuse to UNESCO areas

Yeah ummm… this isn’t a UNSECO area…. The towns would be happy to have the investment. Not everywhere has the tourist influx to support a MONEY MAKING Airbnb type rental. Look at hotel prices in this area on google. Remember that your rental has to be cleaned, linens done, people met, marketing, service fees for the listing agency, and finally taxes paid on the income of at least 21% flat tax regardless of where you live yourself!
