This exercise is an crazy fat burning hack. It's a whole body exercise that gets your heart rate up and burns a ton of calories.
You just need a heavy ball and that's it. Start in pushup position and do two good, full pushups. From there, hop up and do 5 ball slams as hard as you can. Then, pop back down, hop your feet back and start again.
