pretty decent weekend, I holeshot every race I was in, only dropped two laps cause of the first turn. I wouldve probably won day 2 class main if I wasnt gate 8, but I had to move over so far I couldnt brake in time and went wide. Got the Show Me State Nationals in two weeks so subscribe to see that!

All the haters posting negative comments. You're entitled to your opinion. However, this is how bmx was in the 70s/80s. No pump track! Pedal power! Bravo to the genius who thought of this! Bringing fun and some history to the kids! Rick on!

Wow that looks so cool. Take it back to the good old days of racing. As much as I love racing bmx all the modern tracks now are pretty much identical ! You raced on one you have pretty much raced them all !! I would love to see an old fashioned down hill dirt track back in action.

I'd give it a go. Reminds me of around 1982 when our BMX club did a demo race day at the local show on a grass course with wooden jumps. Good fun!

That looks freaking awesome, what a unique experience to get to have. If you're into that different race format look for a BMX downhill race or side-hack race.

East Moline Speedway in Iowa, I dont know if its still open, its only open in the offseason - but they have an outdoor track thats pretty close

That just looks miserable! What gearing did you run? Also, who built the ramps? They don't seem well designed for BMX racing with those transitions.

I ran a 44 - 16, The track is definetly weird but it works well, drifting around the turns is a lot of fun & the hills arent as bad as they look, its just a smaller bmx track with flat turns pretty much

Man, this just cements my belief that racing bmx is done best on dirt. Pave the corners at the most! Was it fun to ride? That cement looks slick

The cement wasnt really slick, ive been here twice and never had a tire slide or anything. It was definetly a lot of fun because its something different. More bumping elbows and aggresive riding, drifitng around turns is awesome

@@SeanMaddenBMX it’s literally boxes on pavement and flat ground…not doubting it’s fun in its own right but calling this a track already a bit of a stretch

@@moodyshooty maybe, but its fun and its the track East moline uses when its too cold, so i dont really see an issue with it
