The nuclear option is a copy of a lease, mortgage or deed. Again this shouldn't be necessary but it will shut down that particular situation fast. Key, mail and ID usually is more than enough. Lease, deed or mortgage, is absolute proof and Karen has no answer to that. In the case of nice cars, registration and insurance is usually enough but a copy of the title or the original, lease agreement, rental agreement and the like is a vehicle nuclear option. Hard to question a title as that establishes ownership without question.
