Obviously overdoing the peppermint for effect, but real talk: mint in general is a greatly underestimated cooking ingredient. I make salsa and a chicken dish with mint and they are both big hits.

So true! It's a more common ingredient in Middle Eastern dishes, and I've fallen completely in love with it as an ingredient. I use it in tons of recipes, but my favorite is a watered down greek yogurt sauce with mint, garlic, salt, pepper, and cucumbers. It's amazing on its own or with meat or rice or really anything!

Josh and his cooking skills are so underrated... you could try remaking these with his exact recipe and you'd get a sickening combo most likely. Too much pepermint or too little and it wont be nearly as good as Rhett and Link are tasting.

josh could make literally anything taste good and has consistently elevated whatever r&l ask him to do, AND is funny as heck every time he’s on the show. i appreciate him so much and definitely think he should save up some ~funds~ and could open up an awesome restaurant and serve stuff no one else is, or start his own channel and film binging w babish- style recipes. it would be a hit!! anyway josh ur the cooliest xoxo

Aw. Rhett and link just broke my heart. The last shoney's in Albuquerque closed about ten years ago. It was our favorite breakfast buffet and we lived right one the block.
