This thing is 2330 times more radioactive that the background of a typical house. I might wear it for the heck of it.

Dose rate is useless on a non energy compensated device. You should only use CPM for these meters, as unless you’re working with Cs137 that number is going to be inaccurate.

20mR/hr of radium or trituim isnt too bad. You'd need 1000X to MAYBE start seeing some skin discoloration after prolonged use.
