My NEW KZfaq series, Crazy Rich Asian Houses is about showcasing exquisite and luxurious properties in Asia.
In episode one, we are at Country Heights Damansara, a leafy suburb about 10km from Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
A big shout out to Peter Seow, the agent for this marvelous home for allowing me the opportunity to soak it all in! And for that spot of drone footage, it really set the scene.

I think damansara is the most strategic place in Klang valley. It’s not too near with KL, but there are also also a lotta greeneries there. No wonder people like to live in damansara.

If any of you think USD4.5 million is crazy rich asian's level,. Haha....They own planes & buildings. Not house...Lol...USD4.5 million is peanuts to many rich men. This beautiful house with a prime location in KL is a total good deal for them.

@@greggparker763 Lovely place, also the one with the bonsai tree in the courtyard was nice-you should try and do some more vids, really enjoyed them. I may be looking to emigrate and have been looking at similar properties in County Heights Damansara, I have contacted the agent on a couple of them only to find that the photos advertised are TOTALLY different than those sent when you make an enquiry! Is this usual practice over there?

@@TheH00kie there are a couple of reasons for this. 1. owners want to sell their properties but they don't want their friends and work colleagues to know they are selling it until its sold because they are either very private or have money issues and want to keep it on the low low. - two normal reasons. 2. agents want to entice you. yes its scammy and it does happen.
