"I can't even begin to tell ya" (rubs head) LOL Love ya videos Al, keep em coming. I've learnt so much from you over the years and pulled off some amazing dishes with the tips and tricks you have shown me. Try dry roasting some whole herbs and spices then whack them in a coffee grinder for super freshness. Delicious.

Love this updated curry and love the channel. Since joining about a month ago, I've been making three to four of Al's curries a week and they are all 5*. Several of my friends in Canada, New Zealand and the USA are now also following the channel and learning to make BIR. I've also discovered that I am enjoying lots of curries that I would never have chosen in a restaurant. Takeaways are now a thing of the past as this is as quick and easy as it is fun. The flip-side is my clothing doesn't like the cooking splashes too much, so one of those lovely aprons would save me looking like I've spraypainted a fence with Cuprinol every time I make a curry. Cheers, Al! ;-)

Made this tonight for tomorrow evening (I used a full bag of Costco king prawns and made the curry to suit). When it was all done and cooled I took a cheeky prawn to taste. My god it was amazing. How that fraud Big Zuu has a tv programme for deep frying everything that exists and you are doing your stuff here amazes me. You are a chef, and my next one is the chicken tikka chilli thingy as you recommended. love your stuff mate, keep it coming! YNWA.

After preparing Al's base sauce v2 earlier this week and some chicken tikka I finally made this curry and Al's chicken chasni this evening. All I can say is wow both of them turned out fantastic. The results were like curry's from my local takeaways only much better. This is great although it now means more work for me as we are less likely to order something average from the takeaway when with Al's recipes I can do better. Thanks Al for sharing these techniques and recipes they are great, keep up the good work :).

Love your blend and what you do.Ive been addicted to BIR since 1961...lol.when in South Shields the Guys would jump ship work on Ocean Rd and that simple ship's curry is what you got. Booze came in tea cups... Everything in the pot whole and what a flavour. Strained thru a sweating loin cloth and no coriander that came much later fresh coriander was not available (thank goodness) can't stand it when that all you get in each mouthful. My kids and Grandkids were brought up on curry. Two guys are the best on KZfaq you and John Kirkwood. Both easy to follow. Keep on cooking from a happy old lady lol
