To de-stress, I share memes in my Facebook account, listen to music that has relatable lyrics, shoothing music and speak to my 3 friends. Even if I am having the worst day of my life, these things bring me back from death. The most important thing I do is to read Duas and positive motivational quotes. I read them with a mindset that good things will happen to me In Sha Allah.

I'm not joking when I say this is truly one of the most helpful vidoes I've found that are aimed specifically towards international students. Thank you so much apu, you're a lifesaver! I typically binge read or write when I want to de-stress. Other times, it includes eating sweets (I'm trying to decrease that though for obvious reasons), watching educational content, and learning about a new topic.

I didn't play video games much when I was younger. I stared playing them few months ago , but i felt i was addicting to it ,so stoped that. Listening to music was my hobby / fav thing to do most of times . Sometimes it helped to heal my self . But i started over listening to them. ( now i feel , i loose the magic of music ). I'm a Brazilian 17 year old and I've decided to study International Relations in the US for fall 2025. I'm aware that the process is not going to be easy, since I'm not familiar with the American system and do not have the money to afford an elite level uni, which is what I desire and feel like I stand a chance. I've been working for months to achieve this, but I have so many questions and it's so hard to find out everything on your own. hi, first of all great videos, and thanks for making them regularly. now I have these 2-3 questions about my profile. first of all a lot of people say that colleges consider, your grades from class 9th -12th, and personally I didn't perform that well in class 10th, just scored 89%, but started catching up in 11th and scored a respectable 92%. so does that fulfill the academic criteria or is it a sign of clear denial to Ivy colleges?. second of all coming to my extracurriculars, I have state-level sports in badminton, some muns, some community service work, and head boy of the school, and I will also attempt for international olympiads this year, but they usually conclude in March of next year, so do they count in my extracurriculars? and also are there any recommendations on how i can improve? is it good enough to apply for ivy league colleges, given that i can write good essays and score 1500+ in sat?
