I moronically took on the task of organizing my dad's vinyl record collection (3,104 records, the highest I've ever counted 😅) by alphabetic order by album title, and it was the most tedious thing I've done in my life.

I have been wearing glasses, since I was 37 years old, I will be 58 next month, and I kid you not, for the past 9 months, I have falling asleep with my glasses on, and when I wake up, my glasses are still on my face. I'm so use to wearing my glasses, that I catch myself touching my face, to make sure I have them on, because it doesn't feel like I'm wearing them.

I had to have brain surgery and I suffer from debilitating headaches on an almost daily basis and I live in those ice hats. That's what I call them lol I'm like well it's a beanie hat that's frozen soooo ice hat it is 😂😂😂. I can't put it on straight away when it comes out of the freezer though because it is way too cold and intense. I wait about 5 minutes then put it on and it instantly starts to help take the edge off the pain. I have several because they don't stay cold but maybe 20 min so I have to keep rotating them on days that I'm just really struggling and the headache isn't going away. I have a build up of too much spinal fluid in my brain so it feels like my head is gonna explode and burst a hole any minute and the tightness of the hat really helps with that pressure. I actually did burst a hole and that's why I had brain surgery. I was literally leaking spinal fluid out of my right nostril because I had a hole in the lining of my brain behind my nose and all the bone on the right side of my sphenoid sinus cavity was gone from all the pressure bursting through that bone. You can get holes in a couple different places where the bone is weaker and your sphenoid sinus cavity happens to be a weak spot so that's where it burst through. The pressure also pushed a piece of my brain into my sinus cavity. I was leaking spinal fluid for months before Drs would listen to me. One laughed in my face when I told him I thought I was leaking spinal fluid out of my nose. He said there's no way you'd be up walking and talking if you had spinal fluid coming out of your nose. He said you'd be laid up in the hospital. I suffered for months before I finally went back and pressured Drs to just at least humor me and do some scans and test the fluid. They said ok and the scan came back showing I was right and the test results of the fluid did come back positive as Spinal fluid. That Dr literally bawled in front of me and just kept apologizing to me that he laughed in my face and caused me to suffer like that for months. He said he was a POS Dr and I was just in complete shock listening to him because I'd never ever seen a Dr behave like that before. It was like he had a complete break down. He even went on talking about how he's been a failure his whole life. How he failed as a husband, as a father and failed at all his dreams of wanting to be a Hollywood actor or a pro boxer and he ended up choosing to be a Dr but is failing at that as well. I honestly just sat quietly and let him pour his heart and feelings out with zero judgement. I told him we all make mistakes and I wasn't upset at him. I told him hell I would have never thought someone could be living life up and walking around with a piece of their brain in their nose and leaking spinal fluid out anytime they bent over or strained so I didn't blame him for thinking that. He had been my Dr for more than 10 yrs and I told him the only reason I stayed with him as long as I did was because he was actually one of the only Drs who did listen to me. I've been very ill for a long time and Drs have blown me off for years and years and he was one of the only Drs to actually listen and help me. I just felt terrible for him and he did sit and take notes about what I was going through so he would be able to help other patients if they ever came to him with similar issues. I appreciated that he apologized because only one other Dr that has failed me (and there's been many) has apologized to me for not listening and medically neglecting me. Im poor and I'm on gov issued INS so many Drs blow me off and just pass me off to someone else because they don't get paid as much from seeing me as they do seeing people with their own independent insurance. It's a really flawed system and it's why people who have state issued medical insurance die on an average 20 yrs earlier than those who have independent insurance. I know I've gone completely off into a huge tangent however this is weighing heavy on my mind today because I just got a call two hours ago that that Dr resigned and now I no longer have him as my Dr. 😭😭😭 It's been almost 15 yrs with him and I don't even get to say goodbye and ty for everything he has done for me and to reassure him I do forgive him for laughing in my face and not taking me seriously. You guys bringing up the ice hat really just opened up the flood gates of emotions with it and I'm sitting here completely anxiety ridden that I no longer have the one Dr who listened to me in my life anymore. I'm nervous and scared that's for sure but I can only hope that the new Dr they are giving me will do as much as he was doing for me and I hope they keep me on the same meds I've been on for 10 yrs and don't try to go changing everything around on me. This Dr wasn't who actually humored me and did those scans and fluid testing for me though. The Drs who did finally humor me and then did the brain surgery are still my Drs. Unfortunately they never did figure out exactly why this is happening to me and fix the issue though. They made me wait another 8 months before they finally did surgery to close the hole. They just went in and patched the holes and while doing that they had to take skin grafts from inside my nose to use to patch the holes and when they took those they accidentally cut the nerve to my front teeth and it killed my teeth and they have fallen out. I'm absolutely mortified and have been in hiding in my house for almost 2 years and only leave when I really have to. My insurance won't cover to get them fixed and I can't afford it so I'm stuck with no front teeth and I look absolutely disgusting. I can't even stand to see my own reflection. I live for laughter and I smile constantly. I've been this way my whole life and I've never met a stranger. I love talking to everyone and I always smile and make silly jokes and now I don't do that anymore. I try to just keep my head down in public and not smile much or smile with my mouth closed. It has completely robbed me of my smile and laughter and has caused me to suffer badly with depression. The last several years has been extremely hard and the one Dr who was helping me get through it is now gone. The Drs who cut my nerve and did the brain surgery still don't listen to me and blow me off. I told them I'm now leaking fluid out of the left side and they are back to not listening and blowing me off even though I was right before smh. They just don't get paid enough to care I guess. Ugh ok I'm sorry, I have completely rambled on like a crazy person and I'm sry for that. Just ignore my comment lol I just needed to vent and get this all off my chest. Lol I know things could be worse and I'm happy to just still be alive even if I'm suffering badly every day. I know eventually everything will work out and God is helping me get through this. Ty for letting me vent and I'm sry for the novel long comment. ❤️❤️❤️

Separate the holiday decorations in different color bins. Have one person do the take down of decorations to make sure they go back into the proper colored bins. Then you will know where all the stuff is. You also can buy QR code stickers to put on the bins. When you scan it there will be a description of what’s inside & a picture if you add one.
